Russia have the option if capture most of ukraine ,  to not take any lands but declare that they will stay permanently for 5 years in ukraine as peacekeepers , until a new neutral government formed in kiev ,and split ukraine in many parts with full autonomy each one ,a federation called ukraine federation ,, that makes it illegal for ukraine to allow any nato military on its territory. and each major district with its own military under russian army monitoring .

also if russia capture all the way to the zones ,that ukraine borders hungary , it can create an airbridge to serbia , in case NATO try to provoke another war there.. that most likely they will do it. because hungary is a friendly country with russia , even though part of nato it seems.

The Russian forces have advanced very quickly . About 60 km per day , in places . With insignificant , almost non-existent losses . In a few more days , entire territory of Ukraine will be overrun . Morale has collapsed .

Now about this news of offer of negotiations by Moscow , pending two demands ; this does not sound right to me . I can think of a dozen bullet points , all necessary for security , from top of my head ! Two bullet points , don't cut it . Someone said , this is now rejected anyways and further troops coming in .

Some , I think are hypnotized by partition map of Ukraine . Lines of attack , do indicate a partition plan . A future Ukraine , a land - locked western state , bordering Poland . Leads to a more prosperous East and impoverished West , hostile to the Russia . A fall back option , if a unitary state becomes impossible . Cutting off Poland is important , as a source of instability . So once the East is secured , strike West . Better preserve Ukraine as a whole , more chance of an economic viable functioning state . Far easier to arrive at a political solution around linguistic rights , then control a fractured state , bordering hostile uncontrolled NATO state .

Not only that, imagine what it takes to kill 350 VDV supported by rocket artillery and 30 KA-52s (2 confirmed lost) + god knows how many Mi-8, and in a day no less.

No one should be believed, and everything should be questioned until proven to be truth as truth is the first victim in any war.

Airport reports are so out of place, that even Ukrainians can't agree was it recaptured or not. Most likely it was, we will find out later.

We're going to keep going further into zombie-land one way or the other. I think it's possible to avoid alienating the population, and proving their propagandized expectations wrong, provided there are no civilian casualties. Whether our command has the skill for it, I don't know. I hope.

I saw that video posted this morning then it was described only a russian soldier being captured.
The amount of propaganda on twitter have been high since this all started. From both sides. But it feels like it is escalating in how outlandish it has become especially the stuff from ukraine.
Not sure if it is just how things have developed or if it is because they see the big protest in russia and it is aimed at the russian homefront.
