New: Ukraine has run more than 8,600 facial recognition searches on dead or captured Russians in the 50 days since the war began, using the scans to find the soldiers' social media profiles - and send photos of their corpses to their families back home https://wapo.st/3KHnkxE
8600 casualties seems to be Ukrainian propaganda

Where would they get all these corpses from?

The only places Russia withdrew from was in the north, and there was only a month of conflict there. Russia would have retrieved most of its dead itself. Well Russia also withdrew from north of Nikolayev, but that was a minor advance.

The rest of the places Russia has only been advancing in, and even if Russian soldiers were ambushed or an assault was repelled, I doubt anyone would take the time to catalogue all the dead

And how many people have passport photos of their faces as their social media pics? How would they match a dead man's face to any one of millions of social media accounts?

    Complete rubbish all this.

and i noticed in twitterland people downplaying the weather situation on Black Sea during Moskva's calamity by using a Fucking STATIC MAP.. This is aggravating as the real livemap exist and it is DYNAMIC...im kinda feel these guys were just picking the time when the fucking sea was calm then think it's like that all the fucking time.

God damned.. i feel bad not recording the black sea weather livemap at 14th.

They are not organizing the truth into fewer errors like those at the beginning of the campaign. Be curious to know how many fighters defended Mariupol. For if it's 12,000 as estimated, deducting prisoners of war, there really was an extermination on a large scale.

Well about 2000 or so captured so far. And let's say a couple hundred successfully slipped out at most. And maybe 1000 fighters left

    So yep.

I bet 80% of those search results turn out to be Ukrop conscripts and Neonazi thugs.

    It's just a forum

You can talk shit here, it doesn't affect anything. The virtual battlefield is not the real one. It's not even the home front. When you're on the real one of course panic-mongers and defeatists are as much the enemy as the guys shooting at you.

    OK.

So, on this forum (not in the real world) yourself, Arkhangelsk and a few others are charged  for defeatism and/or panic-mongering.
You first face a military "tribunal" (made of komissars and zampolits).

Wait, but the daily mail, and if you can't trust western toilet paper journalism who can you, the Russians have mobile incinerators so they can conceal how many dead they actually have, so how did these corpses get past the incinerator trucks? Yeah, both the Daily Mail and this claim look a lot like male bovine droppings. . . .

One thing is a military operation that intends to remove the elements of some state's policy that are incompatible with Russian basic interests by force, once diplomatic paths have failed, another thing is a war that considers another state an enemy which is to be destroyed at all costs and with full use of force...

On the one hand, the scale the operations and the rules of engagement could change (surely the hands of the government will be untied in many regards under such situation), but maybe this is mainly a way of justifying that Russia in the short term will not consider Ukraine's leadership legitimate, but just another target, and in the long term will not seek to preserve the statehood of the country as we know it.

I took it as multiple searches per person.

There's open-source engine called findface ru, so it's not like they did something extraordinary.

What worries me the most is that US is using AI to eavesdrop Russian comms, this something Russia and China would like to develop on their own too.

What annoys me is that Russia did not foresee this, the Ukrainians should be decimated in terms of air power. They should be in the Stone Age.
And I say it again, it's a mistake not to kill Zielinsky. It would be a psychological blow.
    Mariupol MUST FALL ALREADY.

The Invincible was a small aircraft carrying cruiser ship.
I think it was 4 ships - frigates, destroyers, landing ship and also merchant ships according to British records.

Britain had 3 ships of that class officially. I don't follow how Britain could hide such a sinking? I know the British Establishment is as crooked as it gets, but it would be something quite hard to pull off even in the preinternet era.. I would have thought.

I think Argentina sunk a big ship the Atlantic Conveyor which was a merchant ie civil ship converted to military use.

The HMS Invincible was the most modern ship of the British navy in the islands. It was not sunk but the explosions rendered it useless. Or coincidence, they removed it that same night. And the other important ship was the Sheffield, a destroyer that was the second most modern they had.

Yes, the Atlantic Conveyor, but that was a supply ship. It was not a military ship.

It is incredible that they believe the stupidity of the Ukrainians who look for the faces of the Russians. It is propaganda.

What I can't believe is how Zielinsky's shitty Jew (who keeps making fun of himself in interviews) and the head of the Ukrainian army is still alive.
Those people should be detected and eliminated, smart missiles, commandos, whatever.
I refuse to believe in the incompetence of the Russian army. I just think that these shitty Ukrainians were prepared with the best by NATO.

Excuse me, but I am very angry.

If it comes to that, which it may because Ukraine likes to call bluffs, could mean that the Russians could target the authorities themselves as well in their campaigns.

Well I assume they will shut off comms to Kiev and send a missile to Zelenskys HQ. That said I am quite surprised they have not severed comms to Kiev completely.
