The Polish authorities are actively recruiting volunteers to be sent to Ukraine as mercenaries, although they have received back 1,700 dead "soldiers of fortune", Viktor Baranets, a Komsomolskaya Pravda military observer, said.
In an interview with the Public News Service , Baranets noted that in Poland this recruitment of volunteers is almost not hidden. According to some media reports, the authorities are even preparing for a mobilization that will affect 200,000 young Poles. At the same time, journalists claim that the Polish Ministry of Defense cannot cope with the flow of applicants.
According to Baranets, behind this support lies Poland's claim to part of the Ukrainian territories in the West. Warsaw will ask them back when Ukraine is forced to settle accounts with its neighbor.
Earlier , RT reported that in Poland, a military training course for civilians called “Train with the army” was extended until January.

The Ukraine nationalized the Ukrainian factory (Zaporozhtransformator) that used to manufacture power transformers for the Soviet Union in November. It is currently without power, and in the future, it is almost certainly going to be recovered by Russia along with the balance of the Zaporozhye Oblast. As power transformers contain laminations produced by special metallurgical processes, and today, aside from Zaporozhye Transformer Plant, these alloys are only produced in factories in Russia, China and the Koreas, with a lead time of years, even when not buried in orders because of war, despite the USSR having always ordered and stored standby units for use if the main transformers were damaged by an EMP (and for HT transformers they were ordered in groups of six, three primary transformers to be placed in service, one for each phase, and three backup units to be carefully wrapped and buried in Faraday cage storage tanks next to the installation). Even if the back-ups had not been sold to recyclers for their valuable metal content, which was very likely the case in the Ukraine, by now they must be running very scarce indeed.
PS The USA has not produced high-power transformers since the 1980s, or the special grades of alloy needed since the 1970s, and ot is unlikely that the experts or even the records of the companies that used to do this still remain available. Which probably will be a major factor in the deindustrialization of the USA, consequent to a failure cascade whether caused by nature, civil unrest or war (the Congressional Research Bureau recently estimated that 6 EMP devices, and no other hostilities, detonated over the continental USA, would result in the death of over 95% of Americans within a year).

Is that even possible to shoot a SHORAD without any targets locked on?
Maybe it was in optical guidance mode for the last shot.
It fired 3 missiles before the last one. It was tracking targets so the last missile just went for that last target but since the launcher wasn't up but down the boost phase sent it into the building.

I surely at some point Macron was in on it as well.
Don't know what source Mercouris has but he was claiming that Macron last year was telling Putin to forget about the Minsk agreements, and encouraged him to meet Zelensky and find a way to reintegrate the Donbass into the Ukraine.
You guys will recall that Zelensky throughout 2020-2021 was urging Putin to meet with him for some 1 on 1, but Putin refused until Zelensky moved to implement Minsk
However this is one thing.
But that Germany never had any mind to go ahead with Minsk even way back in 2015, and used the time to arm up the Ukraine - is another thing.

Yet time and time again, we see that negotiations are just a stalling technique.
The west wants to roll Russia back to the Yeltsin era, and divide up the Russian resources.
They are parasites.
Can't negotiate with parasites.
Need to spray the NATO infestation.

He has to say it though not to sound like some kind of war monger and what not. So I don't blame him but he has to be a bit like Jimmy Dore in making it clear he has to say 1 thing because of YouTube algo but mean something else.
The two Alex's also act as if Russia is surprised and taken for fools. Of course they weren't and they knew 100% what was happening and what will happen. They just play it up so it benefits then even more.

There is no proactive response to deal damage to the west
Russia cannot transition east and just expect the west to go away
The west will come and ruin Asia for the Chinese and for the other states
A multipolar world is only possible if each state really stands up for itself, but if these states fall away and surrender to western dictates
Then Russia must take a proactive stance to reply to the west in kind

It's also because internally too. As we can see, Russia isn't short on useful idiots that the west uses to stir trouble within Russia. Saboteurs. And I guarantee majority are Russian doing it contrary to what most, even authorities say. So Russian authorities have to act defensive rather than proactive or you will get internal revolts in Russia because "US told us our government is lying to us and that our government is evil". You will be surprised, met many of such dumb Russians. Just look at Ukraine, perfect example when you take Russians and easily propagandize them.

Lets not forget that most Russians didn't support the SMO in February and thought that Putin was making a big mistake, it literally took 30-40 countries showing their visceral hatred towards Russians for 10 months straight, Billions of dollars of Russian assets stolen, 25000 sanctions, 1000's of western companies leaving the Russian market, getting banned from every single "international" organization controlled by the west and countless photos and videos of their Ukrainian "brothers" torturing and executing Russian soldiers with the full support of western news outlets and social media to change most of their minds.
Russia can afford to play defensively because the collective west are busily making the rest of the world their enemy in one way or another, or did you not notice how OPEC+ is cutting oil production to counter this idiotic "buyers cartel" the US/EU/UK are trying to create? Saudi Arabia doesn't have to be an ally to Russia to see just how badly this will impact them as a major oil producing country if they allow the west to succeed in these oil price caps.
