We know which directions the drone was flying in for each encounter. And we know how to orientate relative to the mountains, so this is a very rough flight path. (without knowing the distance to the shoreline.)
The problem is that that last photo is not the same drone, because the two yellow stripes on each propeller blade are not present... unless the Flanker hit the drone so hard it knocked the paint off all of the propeller blades that video footage is FAKE and not relevant.
If the Kiev regime attacks in the South towards Mariupol or from Kherson towards Crimea
Russia will attack from the North.
If the Nazis try some attack towards Belgorod or so Russia will go to the offensive in the
South.
Really the problem for Kiev is that if they attack in the south or the north that Russia can respond by attacking everywhere and Kiev will have to decide where to defend and where to collapse... or they may not get to make that choice because with no reserves they might just collapse everywhere.
Not how declassifying stuff works at all, at least in the US. Even if the president says to release it still takes a few days to go through the steps.
Plenty of things have been released straight away because someone high enough said something so there was no point in keeping it secret any more...
If the President says it is ok to release then who is going to say no?
International Criminal Court judges issue arrest warrants against Russian president Vladimir Putin - statement
The ICC is so politically biased that the US has laws against cooperating with them.
how movable is the reinforced line the Russians built? I noticed a lot of the concrete barriers can be moved. What about some of the concerete bunkers? Can they be hoisted out by a crane and dropped into a new hole? If so they can creep this line forward bit by bit as the line of contact moves forward.
Makes more sense to create new lines as you move forward... then if allies join in on the side of your enemy and you choose not to nuke them you then have multiple lines of defence to stop them.
This ICC ruling will provide the casus belli for Western intervention in Ukraine
Any ruling they come up with would allow them to arrest Putin... good luck with that.
Even the US has laws to NOT cooperate with the ICC, so they can't even provide evidence.
The crime they are being charged with is evacuating civilians out of a war zone to prevent Kiev shelling from killing them... they should be getting peace prize medals.
Putin is now war criminal suspect!
Global reputation of Russian state well it is in free fall.
A court so politically biased that even the US does not recognise its authority and has laws that allow it to break out its own citizens and the citizens of its allies being held in custody in the Netherlands...
Sounds like Russia needs the same laws.
Be aware that from legal point accusation is serious. Ukrainian children and youth should never be taken by force and kept separated away from their families in Russia, it is not defend-able situation. Ukraine will build more on this.
Kiev being pissed off because Russia took children and civilians out of range of their shelling is a good thing.
The actual free world understands that if Bush, Blair, Cheney, Kissinger, Rice, Bolton, Pompeo, Johnson, Nuland, Clinton, Wolfovitz, Soros and the likes can still go around freely but Putin condemned. Then your "institutions" need to be thrown down and rebuilt.
Ironically the US understands the political nature of the court which is not international at all and is purely a rubber stamp tool for the west to justify their own war crimes... they don't arrest their own.
Belarus is worthless in this conflict...
Actually Belarus is very useful in this situation... Belarus didn't remove any troops from its border, so the fact that Kiev has moved its troops away means they desperately need them somewhere else and they are running out of soldiers and equipment.
Desperation so bad to remove them from a place they need them if Russia decides to invade from the north...
Dorito did big fire ball. Huge hit.
Would say that was a fuel dump...
Frankly, if the west wants to call Putin a war criminal the gloves should be off and most of Ukraine should be rendered uninhabitable. Not by nuke but by ceaseless rocket and bomber attack.
When your enemy calls you a war criminal you continue doing what you are doing and defeat him and then start the war crimes trials.
Propably targeting logistics of their spring counteroffensive.
Counter offensives require lots of fuel...
It's not good to laugh at this, it's not good to dismiss and pretend its not there
What comes next? Ffs
The west has been saying things for the last 23 years about Russia... it is unreasonable to expect them to start making sense now.
As pointed out trying to arrest Putin would be an act of war... and I doubt any western country would dare support any country stupid enough to do that.
Talking about Putin's arrest warrant: what's now with international travelling ? To Brazil? South Africa or whatever country where US AF can intercept Russian presidential plane?
Ypu might laugh but those criminal morons in US senate are so dumb they might issue an order to do it. Like they would survive.
Putins protection squad have to protect him from all sorts of crack heads, I rather think they will know what to do when the time comes.
i guess i wasn't clear enough, my bad. Its not whether Putin has immunity or not in legal sense -there si no law out there. What with global travelling of Putins jet? will it be escorted by dozens of fighters? or attacked by US fighters for CSG? Taking into account US senate braindead people I really concerned. Tehy want to die? let them die but why they want to take everyone with them?
The US has laws banning US citizens and government orgs from cooperating with the ICC so I don't see that as being any problem at all.
Am I mistaken or am I seeing a lot of rifles with suppressors in this conflict. If so does anyone know why they are using them more then I have seen in any other war? Don't they reduce the performance of the rifle and also are they using subsonic ammo?
A suppressor makes a lot of sense, it reduces the damage to hearing of the user when firing, and means you don't need ear protection, which means you can hear better on the battlefield, though ear protection with electronic hearing is best so you can hear talking but it blocks the loud noises.
When firing a rifle, especially a modern small calibre rifle the bullet is most effective at very high velocities so the bullet will be supersonic so you will hear sharp crack noises of the supersonic bullets, but no bang of the rifle being fired... the supersonic gas blowing the bullet down the barrel makes a bang as it blows past the bullet as the bullet leaves the muzzle. Normally if you listen you will hear the crack of the bullet and the bang of the shot, so if you hear the crack and then hear the bang you know the bullets are being fired at you whereas a bang and then crack means they are being fired away from you.
A suppressor gets rid of the bang so it is harder to tell where the shots are coming from and eliminates muzzle flash most of the time.
I have a M44 Mosin carbine with almost no muzzle flash that I can fire without ear protection thanks to my suppressor.
