The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation said: "Russian air defense for the first time intercepted a GLSDB guided missile."
Meanwhile, time for a good laugh

In truth, Russian civil society remains unphazed, you can hardly tell there is a war going on. Well, Netflix doesn't work anymore.
Ukraine on the other hand only survives as a state of sorts by handouts and has forcibly been grabbing pensioners and children alike off the streets to toss them at Wagner alone (!) for quite some time.
Man, when the moment of reckoning finally arrives for those who swallowed this bizarre UA propaganda line, hook and sinker... I can't even imagine the meltdowns.

P.S
I sent 2000 dollars to a nice Nigerian barrister and am sending 5000 more this weekend. The 50 million will all be mine once I get done paying for all the advance fees right? I am getting my money right?

The light source on the people in the foreground looks to bright, and the focus depth of field doesn't quite match the rest of the scene.
But it might be just a strange shot too.

It is not, that is smoke from molten steel. There is a whole video on Shoigu's visit to that plant. I think he is looking at the smelters that produce the slugs that barrels come from.
EDIT
Here it is

Yep, the video shows it much better.
They must have been standing right under a skylight for that still photo which made the lighting look strange compared to the rest of the scene.

But I disagree with you Dr. Snufflebug
Russia would not collapse from the casualty count, in fact seeing Ukraine take these losses on the chin has shown the danger of getting into a war with Russia
Ukrainians for all intents and purposes are Russians
If Russia was in the position of great patriotic war, they would also take hundreds of thousands of casualties and the society would deal with it
Imagine Ukraine, a post soviet collapsed state, fully degraded , and the society because of Russian roots, still can fight - irrespective of western weapons and help
Ukraine is a formidable military because of its soviet heritage - the mobilization potential and to this day they have a semi working aviation, and ground arm - the soviet heritage provided most of the foundation of that military and society, and yes there is a big western help, but any other state , apart from maybe north Korea, China, Maybe India/Pakistan, would have collapsed from the numbers of dead and wounded
Russia with a strong civil and patriotic society, and fully flushed of liberals, NGO, and western influence has become a scary nation to any aggressor
This a nation which has thousands of plus western sanctions of all kinds. From critical ones to inane and imbecilic ones
And it does not phase the society to lose western brands and lifestyle ,
Rule #1 of war with Russia - never go to war with Russia

Because in the end, EU and US doesn't make anything. Only Taiwan and Japan makes anything that sanctioned Russia. And those stuff is being either smuggled in from elsewhere or alternatives found.
So it just showed that the west isn't what they once were.

This means it should be smokey near the burning metal but not smokey over where the VIPs were standing, and it makes more sense to assemble the VIPs in places that are well lit and less smokey too.
I don't think this is worthy of faking either... this is not Putin and Shoigu on the front line shooting nazis using PKPs and shovels.
Well, it also shown that Russians were able to adjust to localized production for most and import from elsewhere.
Yes, they are not the backward hicks and drunks portrayed in western productions, which is why the west really does not understand them at all.
Few people hunt in the west because food and clothing can be easily attained from shops for money, but if things changed and the shops were taken away most of the western population would likely starve because even if they all had rifles and ammo and knew what they were doing there is no enough wildlife in the west to feed the entire population unless you start eating cats and dogs and rabbits and everything else... and even then we would struggle... which is why I think most zombie end of the world fantasies are stupid... some gun owners think it would be amazing because they would be heroes and because they had guns they would be safe, but of course it would be like living in medieval times... knowing what you had in a good life now is not the same as being able to create it without its very important components like electricity and even a functioning sewerage system, and personal hygiene standards... and you are likely to be burned as a witch when you cross people of the time with power.
The west has been cutting Russia off from resources and technology they used to get from the west, but Russia has grown and developed and improved and educated itself and has upped its game and now is world class in areas they were lacking before... including areas that were stolen from them with the splitting up of the Soviet Union (ie optics and vehicles from Belarus, and engines and rockets and other things from Ukraine), or were sabotaged like civilian airliners and a range of promising engines that were killed to continue cooperation with the west or to keep Ukrainian products viable like the An-70.
The gradual application of sanctions by the west has allowed Russia to develop in specific areas at specific times rather than having to deal with everything at once... food production was left until 2014 when EU food imports got banned because to do that before then would add food production development costs in time and people and energy to other problems before then... spreading the problems out made them less damaging to the Russian economy and they were better able to deal with issues as they came up... now Russia is a food production centre that exports food in large quantities, and the same applies to other areas now too because they have developed their own technology and equipment to get things done.
No one could possibly suggest Russian tank makers have much to learn from cold war western tanks captured on the battlefields... they will likely take them apart and inspect their construction and design, but I doubt they will learn a lot from them at all... this is an enormous shift from 20 years ago when everyone was calling Russian tanks junk.

Kazak Russians who sold their souls to Uncle Sham now laughing and joking with their Azov mates.
May they burn in a corner of hell normally reserved for the likes of John McCain.
