There is a photo. Or several. In one of them, the Argentine-Cuban guerrilla Ernesto (Che) Guevara de la Serna looks beyond the frame and next to him are the resistance leaders Abdullah Abu Sitta and Qassem El-Farra, members of the Legislative Council of Palestine.
It is June 19, 1959 and it is also the first visit by a prominent Latin American leader to the Gaza Strip.
His trip was made possible at the invitation of the then president of Egypt Gamal Abdel-Nasser, recognized leader of the Non-Aligned Movement.
That day Che spoke and his words seemed like a drawing, with the Levantine fields breathing: enlarging and shrinking depending on the number of listeners. There he mentioned the word “resistance” as the only form of liberation.
The coordinator of the Al-Bureij camp, Mustafa Abu Middain, took him to visit the territory and showed him the situations of hardship.
"We have a worse poverty situation," replied the man from Rosario. "You have to show me what you have done to liberate your country. Where are the training camps? Where are the people's mobilization centers?" he added, according to the research Che Guevara in Gaza: Palestine becomes a World Cause.
That meeting was followed by meetings with Nasser in his office, visits to public functions, and even the reception of the Great Liberator of the Oppressed Order.

Much later, on October 9, 1967, joint forces of the local Army and the US Central Intelligence Agency located Guevara while he was commanding a guerrilla group in Bolivia.

They annihilated his companions, arrested him and executed him, under orders of the de facto president of the South American country, General René Barrientos.

From then on, the hero's physical strength, his energy to mobilize people, his intelligence to fight and keep justice alive would no longer be there.

However, now many can recognize his voice: it is in the Palestinian students who studied in Cuba, in the resistance, in the fight of this people against the Israeli occupation, in the heart, in the flood higher than the fire of artifice.

Thousands of people in different cities of Tunisia came out to denounce Israel actions in Gaza Strip.

Several Tunisian organisations and political parties have called for a rally in the capital of Tunis on Thursday in support of Palestinians.

In a statement signed by 26 organisations and parties, Tunisians have been called to demonstrate “in support of the struggle of the Palestinian Arab people in their resistance to the crimes of the Zionist occupation and in the confrontation of international policies and biased positions towards the Israeli racist entity”.

Remember those 20 - 25 'US' hostages reported this weekend? Seems like an unusually large number relative to the total (100+ hostages Hamas took back to Gaza). Are they just claiming dual US-Israeli citizens that have relocated to/lived in Southern Israel for years? Convenient PR for that all-important US sympathy (and military aid).

But is there something more to that oddly disproportionate number?

Maybe sheep-dipped US soldiers illegally stationed in Israel? Jesus... that would be a scandal.

Then there's the rave which was coincidentally moved on Wednesday - the specific time McCaul said the Egyptian report came in. Were these US (dual)citizen ravers singled out and grabbed at the festival? Note the rave was moved to an odd location on the main route (Hwy. 232) that several Hamas units would be using to get to IDF's Camp Re'im and bases beyond it. LIHOP?

That, and there is video evidence of the festival security throwing up roadblocks ON that highway about 8:30, essentially blocking in everyone told to evacuate earlier but didn't. The festival was shut down and everyone was told to leave by security after the rockets started flying (6:40 or so).

Shooting is heard before 7:00, but nobody seems to know where its coming from and no gunshot victims are seen on any videos at that time. It may have been *near* the festival, not on or at it. In any case, why would *anyone* with a car be left there an hour and a half later?

And why would security block the highway without any 'enemy' in sight, then let dozens of cars still at the festival line up behind you ON the highway? The blockade did nothing but force Hamas (who showed up minutes later) to fight their way through to get to their objective on the other side: Re'im military base. The 'highway of death' images show just how many cars were funneled on to the highway and trapped by the useless blockade - almost like the intent of the blockade was specifically to trap the remaining ravers directly on the highway in a traffic jam.

Any rational 'security' response would have blocked the festival entrances/exits well before the highway if they thought there was some kind of threat ON the highway. Festival security should have been protecting the ravers on the grounds, not playing useless hero with a few pistols. By the looks of the video, they fled on foot as soon as the shooting started - abandoning everyone they trapped.

People have also been looking into the festival promoters (Tribe of Nova) and those security guys. Maybe those were the 'US hostages'? Maybe Blackwater/Academi or CIA stooges? No wonder we're not hearing anything about the festival strangeness.

France bans all pro-Palestinian protests

The ban had been announced earlier in the day, according to a message sent by French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin to the country’s police, citing concerns about public order.

“Pro-Palestinian demonstrations must be prohibited because they are likely to generate disturbances to the public order,” said the minister. He added that any organization of such protests will lead to arrests.

The ban on pro-Palestinian rallies is “not normal under the rule of law,” one attendee named Ryan told Reuters.

“In France, the great country that they say France is, you cannot demonstrate as is your right, freely. Unfortunately, freedom is no longer here, and we are forced to defy French law, as one would say, and demonstrate to show the truth,” he added.
