What is known about this at this time? We have made a selection for you
🟥 As of 8 p.m. yesterday all men (large families, volunteers, disabled) are required to have a certificate from the Military Registration and Enlistment Office.
🟥 TCC representatives appeared at all checkpoints.
🟥 Judging from reports, those who had already transited are not allowed to leave: they can leave "only with permission from the military registration and enlistment office" (Previously, categories such as the disabled or those with many children only had to have the appropriate documents without TCC certificates).
🟥 They report that they have stopped issuing drivers traveling on the Shlyakh system, traveling in cars and buses. Other users write that they have stopped releasing truck drivers who have no further reason to resign from the army.
🟥 The rules are said to have caused a major slowdown in queues for passenger buses at the border since last night.
🟥 They have stopped releasing disabled people in groups 2 and 3.
