Does not matter if that is a street in the center of Berlin or a mole in Dubai.

An extremely acute feeling of inferiority complex has turned these nations into sadist states that enjoy the process of murdering innocent people.

https://tass.ru/proisshestviya/20396293The Union of Armenians of Russia announced the death of 35-year-old Karen Yengibaryan, who was nearby at the time of the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall and then rescued people from the burning building all night.
"Risking his life, he helped people: pulled them out of the smoke, took them to the doctors and walked back. He gave his outerwear to one of the victims. I returned home only in the morning. As a result, Karen inhaled a lot of carbon monoxide and caught a cold. He was hospitalized with a diagnosis of "acute respiratory tract infection," according to the Telegram channel of the association.
The man's condition worsened over the following days, as a result, it was not possible to save him.

What is known:
— the mention of the American map appeared on February 29. The country of issue is indicated by its identification number. You cannot send money from a Russian bank to it;
— the channel was hosted by an administrator with the nickname Mavlavi_56;
— a user with a similar nickname appeared earlier in a publication by the American Harriman Institute called "The Tajik IG Network raises funds in Russia" (the IG organization is banned in the Russian Federation);
— there was mentioned the administrator of the channels "Devotion and fidelity" in Tajik and "Voices of Khorasan", but under the nickname Mavlavi55;
— "The Voice of Khorasan" was used (https://t.me/rt_russian/195483 ) to recruit terrorists who attacked Crocus, the agency previously reported, citing a source.

Tajikistan says migrants fleeing Russia after concert hall attack
By Reuters
March 30, 2024
There has been a surge of migrant workers leaving Russia for Tajikistan after a March 22 concert hall attack near Moscow which left dozens dead, according to Tajikistan's Ministry of Labour, Migration and Employment.
Gunmen opened fire with automatic weapons at concertgoers over a week ago in the worst attack in Russia in two decades which left at least 144 people dead.
Four of the suspected gunmen are Tajik citizens and were arrested along with seven other suspects, some of whom also come from the ex-Soviet Central Asian nation.
"We receive a lot of calls. These are most likely not complaints about harassment, but fear of our citizens, panic, many want to leave. We are now monitoring the situation, we have more people coming (to Tajikistan) than leaving," Shakhnoza Nodiri, deputy head of the ministry, was quoted by Russian state news agency TASS as saying.
Tajikistan detained nine people this week suspected of having links to the mass shooting and also to the militant Islamist State group that claimed responsibility, a Tajik security source told Reuters.
A labour shortage in Russia's economy may become even worse due to the outflow of migrant workers, with a deficit in the construction industry growing by 36% this year compared to 2022, Anton Glushkov, president of the National Association of Builders (NOSTROY), told Interfax news agency on Friday.
The Russian Central Bank has said that staff shortages and resulting jump in wages were among risks to inflation that have compelled it to keep the key interest rate elevated.
Tajikistan's labour ministry expects that the outflow of migrants from Russia will be temporary.
According to the ministry's website, 652,014 labour migrants left the country in 2023 compared to 775,578 in 2022.

Causing trouble between ethnicities was one of the aims of the attack.
Didn´t work out so the western "quality" media has to increase the ammount of fairy tales.

is a major example as well where they support nazionalists pushing an ethnic hate agenda against Russians. Reuters is a British propaganda
orifice.

Even if true, so what?
Seriously, what would be the problem here?
Fewer immigrants, more money for citizens

Increase paychecks for locals and you won't have that problem
There was never a "labour shortage" at any point in human history, only paycheck shortage

You are wrong, all way long.
Russia lacks tens of thousands of workforce while having a nonexistent unemployment.
In construction, they can suck a 100k at any moment, lacking them.
The scale of the migrant workforce is shocking, we are talking about numbers as high as 12 mln people.
Only Tajiks make 3+ mln.
You can substitute them other than by replacing them with another imported workforce, and money are hardly a solution here.
In Peter shipbuilding cluster they already pay more than 200k RUR a month, lacking 6000 people anyway.

This is something I don't get. Russia is sitting on piles and piles of rupees. They could just solve that problem by allowing Indian migrant labor in and paying them with those rupees. If the Russian people don't want migrants to settle, they could just do like the Gulf States do. And not allow migrants to settle.GarryB wrote:Lots of unemployed Indian men and North Korean men who would probably be happy for a 5 or 10 year work contract to be able to go home with lots of money and some skills the aircraft or construction companies at home would be keen to get working for them.

Re: Crocus City Hall terrorist attack
The same applies to some African countries - we do joke about "African doctors and engineers coming to Europe", but the thing is totally the opposite.
Those who arrive Jurop, do not want to work in most of the cases.
Still, Africa can provide a waste number of hard-working labor, that will be no worse than some "stan" ex-republics can supply.
Chinese don't have problems with hiring the local workforce, even for demanding infrastructural projects.
Those people will be happy to work in Russia. It only needs a good beginning.

If the Russian people don't want migrants to settle, they could just do like the Gulf States do. And not allow migrants to settle.
They just need to treat it like army contracts.... you sign up for a 5 year or perhaps even a 10 year contract and provide them with accommodation and food etc so at the end they go home with new skills that they are taught on the job and a nice big lump sum of money they can use to buy a house when they get home and perhaps some assistance in getting a job back in India. Russia could set up factories in India that could allow them to head home if they don't like the weather or can't learn the language and culture and don't want to stay for 5 or ten years... there can be flexibility there, but ultimately it should attract young men who want to learn and earn good money and come away from the experience with useful transferable skills that will get them good paying jobs in India.
The focus for Russia is getting workers... and of course there will be some who want to stay who marry a local girl and like the culture and can put up with the weather, but the majority will be there for a good high paying job and learning skills they can use at home for a solid future with the potential for getting home with enough money to buy a house and a car and be debt free with no student loan and skills that will be in demand.
Not just Indian, but any country within reason... if things get worse in the west their might be a few westerners who want to take that deal too... the point is that there are millions of North Koreans and billions of Indians and Chinese that could potentially take advantage of this... perhaps limit it to BRICS nations to start with and expand as BRICS expands.
Here in New Zealand there are lots of kiwis who go to earn their fortune in the Aussie mines. It is hard and dirty work but the pay is good and you are generally in the middle of nowhere so you are not going to spend it all unless you are weak. Obviously many end up spending money on booze and prostitutes and gambling and come home with not very much to show other than a few exotic STDs.
The smart ones get their heads down and work hard and live simple and put the money in the bank and come home after a few years with money for a house and skills and experience to get a good paying job here.
It is a good way to get ahead... but it helps if you are a young man who will put up with working hard and not doing much else for a couple of years to really set yourself up.

It is billions of dollars worth... they could set up shipyards in India with all Indian labour to build civilian ships and floating docks and other things they need but don't need to be secret. Or they could set up drone centres to make millions of drones with Indian labour earning good money and sending the production to Russia.
There is enormous scope for Russia to spend the money in a way that benefits both Russia and India.

Ukraine spreading anti-immigrant hate in Russia – The Times
Kiev is “leveraging” the recent Moscow terrorist attack in an attempt to sow discord, an official has told the newspaper
Ukrainian information warfare specialists are using last month’s terrorist attack near Moscow in an effort to play on the emotions of Russians and incite ethnic hatred in the country, The Times reported on Tuesday.
The massacre at the Crocus City Hall concert venue just outside the Russian capital claimed over 140 lives. The suspected perpetrators, who were apprehended by Russian law enforcement, are all nationals of Tajikistan.
The public outcry over the slaughter of civilians by the apparent radical Islamists is being used by Kiev to spread discord in Russia's multiethnic society, Andrey Kovalenko, head of Ukraine’s Centre for Countering Disinformation (CCD), told the British newspaper.
“[The attack] provoked a split between nationalities in Russia and of course it’s very beneficial for us to support any national splits there and to fuel them,” the official said. “We leverage what we can.”
CCD employees are infiltrating Russian Telegram channels to “amplify” messaging that increases tensions between Slavic and non-Slavic ethnicities as well as anti-immigrant sentiments, the report said.
