It was a feel good PR shitshow, and you best be happy about it, because it gives a chance to restore deterrence and boundaries and avoid a massive war in the Middle East that will probably evolve into WW3. And any chance is better than no chance.

That is not the case. Iran has hypersonic missiles, such as the Fattah.
They are ballistic missiles, with a maneuverable hypersonic warhead.
There is no need to fire them from an airplane.

Iran doesn't have great satellite capabilities yet so hopefully privately acquired images or those provided by ?Russia will show things better later today.
Particularly the air fields, one hopes the warning to the US didn't allow time for them to get their f35s out in time.the loss of those aircraft would be a significant blow the IAF also their spy planes based there. And for the good feel factor, Netanyahu's jet.
