Will they be build only for Caspian Sea or they will also serve in other fleets, like Black Sea or Baltic?

I think they will serve in both Baltic and Black sea, there is a need of modernisation of the old Tarantula boats.

Gentlemen, an elementary question
So here we have the Christening of the new Buyan-M class small artillery ship 'Makhachkala'.
What I want to know is about that Grad-M launcher over there; do those hatches beneath the rocket pods open up for the rocket pods to slip into and be automatically reloaded by some below-deck mechanism?
I would assume this to be the case.
This ship would be really be able to dish out a large amount of firepower in a short period of time.

Yes, but I don't think the mechanism reloads an entire pod at one time- it just shoves in new rockets - hopefully several at a time.
The Byans are pretty heavily armed for a ship of 500 tons.

It seems they build Buyan-M ships quite quickly. As I know they order additional 3 ships. Will they be for Black Sea fleet?
