A couple of views on what is the matter with Hillary. The first quote, all apply, and is the summary of a very long post about 2/3 down the first page on the very long thread linked below.

7. Pneumonia as a complication of Immunodeficiency.

That, my friends, was a classic "transient ischemic attack" (TIA, aka 'mini-stroke'). It is not her first, and it is not curable, Treatment is to try to prevent further occurances. It is not uncommon, it is hereditary, and it is what her Father died of in 1993 at age 82. Hillary's mother died of heart disease (another contributor to TIA) although she lived until 1992. Hillary's paternal grandmother died at the age of 70 in 1952, cause unknown.

Hillary Clinton has Parkinson's Disease.
She fell down in 2009 and broke her elbow. In 2012 she fell and gave herself a severe concussion. In 2013 she had to wear special blue glasses for dizziness, and still wears them sometimes. Falling is a symptom of the disease, and the concussion just compounded her problems by causing memory loss.
From time to time she will freeze up and appear unresponsive. Aids will have to pull her to move or say "Keep talking" into her ear to stimulate her. This is a symptom. It is also why Dr. Oladotin A. Okunola carries around a diazepam injector in case she has a full blown seizure.
She has episodes of head bobbing and exaggerated facial expressions. These are also symptoms of the disease, or the medication used to treat Dyskinesia.
She often wears inappropriate clothing for the weather conditions, such as heavy jackets on warm days. Failure of the body to effectively regulate body temperature is a symptom.
She often has coughing fits. This is caused by her swallowing reflex being impaired by the disease and saliva trickling down her throat and over her vocal cords.
She has pneumonia, which is common in Parkinson's sufferers because her saliva will also trickle into her lungs where it builds up and allows bacteria to grow.
All of these facts point to one conclusion. Hillary Clinton has Parkinson's Disease....which is fatal by the way, and makes her unfit to become the next President.
