su30sm probably will go on past the 9 airframes. additional contracts are probably a matter of time.
su35 - perhaps not so much, with all the export orders.

A squadron has 12 aircraft plus 2-4 spares.
Does anyone know how many aircraft ontop of this (and extra builds/upgrades) there would be "in reserve" with a reasonable chance of being salvageable for full combat duties?

You mean total number in service?
I have stopped updating on the numbers a year ago.
And i would guess that you mean Mi-24PM (Mi-35PM) the 24PN was abolished from the last status of the upgrade and deemed as not suitable that is why Mil murged PN and VP to 35(24-VM/PM) status.
The Ka-50 are still on Torzhok that is also what i have heared from others on paralay or topwar but non are in active status and most were decommissioned.
Can you give a link to that?
