Then ... the USSR returns ???? lol!

First, the current 2015-2020 reform will leave 2 squadron regiments, and to restore some regiments unfolding the ones that now have 2 different types of aircraft (Vladivostok, Khotilovo, Monchegorsk ..)

The number of regiments can be similar in some cases if you count the Navy , but in ther cases is ridiculous.
Also , the avanced interceptors (Mig-41 ?) replace the MiG-31 for starting 2028-2030
MiG-35 is not for the RuAF , perhaps the squadron of Armenia , other for display in Kubinka and other for combat training in Astrakhan or Kushchevskaya. One regment of MiG-35 replacing MiG-29SMT could be possible but unlikely.

    By 2025 will have:

    2 Su-57 regiments  (expecting for 2 more before 2030)
6 Su-35 regiments  (expecting for 2 more before 2030 for the Navy , replacing  Su-27 of Kaliningrad and the Su-33)
2 Regiments of "soviet flankers" in the Navy (kaliningrad and the Su-33 regiment)
7-8 Su-30SM regiments (3-4 VVS and 4 for the Navy , one each fleet)
1 regiment ? and one sq.(Yerevan) of MiG-35 (as much)
1 regiment of MiG-29K in the Navy (proably completed until 24+4)
4 regíments of MiG-31 in the VVS and 2 sqdn/reg, in the Navy

    7 regiments + 1sqdn.(Crimea) of Su-34
    5 regiments + 2sqdn (Crimea and Kant) of Su-25SM/SM3

1 regiment of Tu-160 (1 sqdn. of new Tu-160M2 and other modernized of Tu-160M-1) and starting a second regiment of Tu-160M2 to complete in 2030
Expecting for PaK-DA for replace the Tu-22M3

Well , that's the general idea, but it's not entirely true that all planes replace old planes.
New squadrons and regiments are also being created

For example, this year a squadron is created at Kursk with Su-30SM , and the next will have a regiment.
It is not clear that Mig-29SMT will be withdrawn if they are destined to another base and a new regiment is opened
In the Navy , the Su-30SM are for a new squadron thet will be completed in 2018
The Su-24M are not still retired , in theory the 4 OMShAP of Chernyakhovsk will be restored with one Su-30SM and one Su-24M squadrons
In the same way , the squadron of Su-30SM received last years in Saki is for restore the 43 OMShAP , 1 sq, SU-30SM and other Su-24M
in long term , the Su-24 squadrons of Navy will be replaced for Su-30SM , but not 1:1 , the total force is slowly increasing , for the moment 2 new squadrons.

About Su-35, will replace the SU-27S/P and later also the Su-27SM
For the moment, the 3 sq. of Su-35S deployed in the East ,they have allowed to bring to the West 3 squadrons of Su-27SM, open a new base in Belbek , and probably other squadron of Su-27P will be transfer to Kaliningrad for restore the 689 IAP once Chkalovsk is reopened.
The Su-35 for Besovets allows to remove the older Su-27S
The number of squadrons Su-27/35 in the West part has raised form 6 in to 8 , and should get 10 before 2020

In the case of Su-34 , will remove all Su-24M / M2 / MR once the additional systems are mounted, probably in the new Su-34M versión
The number of regiments will increase, for example in the southern district there was a regiment of SU-24M (3sq) and a MR squadron
After receiving 3 sq. of Su-34, in addition to Sq. MR there are now two new squadrons of Su-24M (Crimea and Marinovka) that will be replaced later by Su-34M?
Then the force of tactical bombers squadrons in the South district has increased form 3 to 5
Also , probably this year will be formed other squadron of Su-34 in the West part, once are received the other 8 Su-34 and with the 16 Su-34 of 2018 , other complete regiment

It would be interesting to know exactly the numerical changes in the active fleet between the begin and the end of 2017.

They should upgrade all of them and keep them so that they have newer technology (Su-34) combined with the big numbers of Su-24.

Nowadays there are the next forcé of tactical bombers:

Su-34: 8 squadrons: Lipestk (1) , Voronezh (2) , Morozovsk (3) , and Khurba (2) . Other 2 to be created this year and the next , could be for remove the Shatalovo squadron into new Su-34 regiment
    Su-24M: 4 squadrons , with SVP-24; Cheyabisnk (2) , Marinovka (1) and Gvardeyskoye (1)
Su-24MR: 4 squadrons: Varfoloneyevka , Chelyabisnk , Marinovka and Shatalovo

ABout the Navy , remaining 4 squadrons of Su-24M/MR, , to be replaced by Su-30SM in the next 5 years

    Thanks to both.

    Not much
Probably this years the number is the lower , because there are many planes retired in last years, mainly Su-27S/P and Mig-29S of the West side
There are more of 500 figthers in the VVS and more of 100 in the Navy , about 620 in total
The number of frontal aviation (Su-34 , Su-24  Su-25) is about 400 in the VVS and 55 in the Navy
In the next years the number shoud increase slowly but contuniously from 2018 to 2025 ,  in the Navy where the 50 Su-24 will be replaced with Su-30SM
In the VVS , the main increment will be for the Su-57 after 2020

Yak-130 is a trainer (for learning) in the Russian Air Force , destined to the Flying Schools
The prototypes have been equipped with armament , as logical , for show the capabilities to posible foreing customers
The Yak-130 is capable for be a ligth attack/assault aircraft ( CAS= close air support) if  a country contract the planes prepared for that role
Probably a good option for smaller Air Forces

About Wikipedia, better not pay much attention to the amount of nonsense that people write there
I myself have started writing in wikipedia to correct some of the things and big mistakes and lies that are written in the version of my country
    For example the stupidity of the supposed versions of the Yak-130 (yak-130 , 131, 132, 133 ...)
These numbers are simply the tail numbers of the prototypes , and all of this are capable to all variaants when have been prepared for be a demonstrator in the AirShows
Probably this nonsense had been copied from an article of a incompetent journalist written in any of those unspeakable magazines of airplanes full of fantasies and propaganda of the military industry

That does not make sense, and also the headline of that news says something totally different.

"Три звена новейших многоцелевых истребителей Су-30СМ и Су-35С пополнили авиачасти ЗВО"
    Translated
"Three links of the newest multi-purpose fighters Su-30SM and Su-35S have replenished the aircraft parts of the air defense system"

"звено/звена" means literally "link" (of a chain) , also translate as "element" or "small military unit" , that can be a platoon of infantry or a couple of airplanes in the airforce.

"Three links" are three pairs , that are exactly the ammount expected to the year end: one couple more of Su-30SM for complete the 2017 procurement for Kursk and 2 couples more of Su-35S that complete the 10 announced for 2017

    Also:
    https://function.mil.ru/news_page/country/more.htm?id=12152045@egNews
"11/23/2012  "Irkut" aircraft plant will give the Kursk air squadron a hundredth bort for acquisition
This is the last couple for Kursk , 12 this year ,totalling 100 Su-30SM received for the MoD (80 VVS + 20 RuNavy) , including the two "missed" by the most of "Flankers counters" since the summer of 2016 , that are naturally working with their unit in Far East

In december , are expected more Su-35S for China and at least 2 more Su-30SM for Kazakhstan. The Belarus procurement is not clear if begins in 2017 or 2018

About the Su-34 a couple fligth to East 18th and other batch have been handed over 24th. (probably the next two)
Then other batch of probably 4 more Su-34 are waiting for december.

2 Su-34 replenish fleet of one of the units in the Far East
Novosibirsk. November 18th. INTERFAX-AVN - Novosibirsk Aviation Plant named after. Vitaly Chkalov (part of the Sukhoi company) handed over on Saturday the Russian Air Force two of the Su-34 front-line bombers within the framework of the state defense order of 2017, Interfax-AVN reported to the law enforcement agencies of the region.

    11/24/2017
The Sukhoi Company has transferred a new batch of serial front-line bombers Su-34

We will wait with anxiety the photos of all these new airplanes deployed thumbsup

The information inside this news is contradictory with the headline of the same page and with other news of the same website.
The logical is in november are received the airplanes expected for complete the 2017 announced procurement , not more

You have to be patient with journalists, even with the press service of the MoD

Stalin would have sent them to be shot or sent to the Gulag  attack

Regarding the operational capabilities of the Yak-130 it has a flight control system that allows it to mimic the flight performance of a range of modern aircraft, but its external wing weapon points will be used most of the time for training with different systems like fuel tanks or targeting pods and also most modern aircraft carried guided weapons come with dummy weapons with no warhead but only the seekers so you can train to use these systems including getting real locks without having to launch the real weapon (Saving money but still getting a real experience of flying and finding targets and locking weapons).

Simulating weapons using the actual weapons sensor means a very accurate simulation of performance and the recordings of the training can be used to assess how effective each attack would have been if real munitions had been used.

A Yak-130 might be able to carry a war load of 3 tons but the odds of it actually every carrying live ammo would be based on where it was used.... flying a Yak-130 and dropping a TV guided bomb on a target would be cheaper than using a MiG-35 or Su-35 to do it and if the Yak-130 was simulating the flight performance of either plane then the experience will be realistic but also cheaper than if either aircraft was actually used.

In real combat however the Su-35 and MiG-35 would be much more effective in the role.
