    3500 fiasco strikes again.

I have from trusty source that the exact number of KIA in Palmyra is 69. WIA 25. Captured 12 (only half are soldiers).

1 Russian VDV KIA, 3 wounded.

Now for the center piece. There were about 600 people in Palmyra and Half of the force were IRGC militia. Militia fled when Granary fell and didn't supported SAA troops in Jazal. NDF instead moved up and got shredded. On KIA in and around Palmyra half were NDF. Russians were less than 40.

Qaratayn however was pretty bad, SAA/NDF lost about 40 people and had as many WIA in Qaratayn before the Russians started pounding. ISIS KIA is about 90 in Palmyra pre-Russian strikes. About 40/50 in Qaratayn pre-Russian strikes. In Qaratayn proper about 4/500 men from SAA/NDF (mostly NDF and Nujaba).

So basically ISIS spent much efforts to sourround and break in the city, then got hosed around the airbase, came back the next morning to film area. The initial pursuit group that went on South T4 were the people that bere beaten back at Qaratayn, while ISIS pushed from Huwaysis to wards North of T4.

Vystrel/Dozor that was in Palmyra was hit three days prior to last attack. Sanchirov and the alleged 3 wounded were on that one.

What sort of ridiculous standard are you trying to hold him to?

More to the point, he's widening the audience for what Eva Barlett has to say. And, excuse me, but she appears to have far more balls than almost every form poster in existence. She actually went to Syria and Aleppo, several times, to find out for herself what's really happening -- a war zone of particular potential hazard for westerners, and a female one at that. Excuse me, but that is far more commendable than keyboarding in total safety while making breezily dismissive comments in your seldom-changed boxers.

He's a TYT pundit, they were pulling for HRC a mere few weeks ago.

TYT on the whole was, I'm sure. That's one of the reasons why I don't watch it. But Jimmy Dore certainly was not. Or, at least he wasn't preposterously holding up Hilldog as some sort of superior choice over The Don, like so many dummies on the left. Dore is critical of Trump, to be sure, but he spends half of the time on his show excoriating HRC. I despise that hag down the the cellular level of my being, and I might not have thought of some of the things he says about her on his own show.

If it is fake news then standard procedure should be execution of captured foreign nationals... it is the policy of the US supported terrorists so far, so if they are not foreign mercenaries then it wont matter if they are killed.

From front it's very difficult to hit the TC, and the front is spread enough to avoid getting hit by SVD's. Dismounting that DShK on the trench means you will lose time and flexibility (emplacing tripod, being a lame duck).

The issue stands with with the spotter (or would be spotter, he could easily be on the berm). Also this is clearly a problem of equipment on those old workhorses.

I've handled both ma deuce and dushka and you need at least three able-bodied men to say.. dismount, carry and mount on a tripod fairly fast. Two is possible but slow and super exhausting, especially if you've already had a full day or week running around with all sorts of heavy kit. I can't imagine doing that while facing the IS maniacs in a trench.

PS. The tripod but more importantly that stupid armored mount is especially heavy as fvck.

Dushka is painful because the cannon is ribbed and really hard to handle for any amount of time (let's say get it from tank to berm 40/50m and then put on emplacement). The Tripod is not only heavy but you need to have above waist protection or use those godawful chinese lay down tripod.

it's really a 3/4 guys job to properly put the damn thing on emplacement then put it back on laid mount. And then you have the ammo and spare barrel if you really are to put a defensive emplacement. Sparebarrel aka F*** My Life.

as a foot soldier in the NATzO information warfare on Syria and Russia.

If the jihadis who controlled east Aleppo were such a bunch of Mother Teresas then they would have organized a mass
evacuation of the 275,000 alleged civilians who loved and supported them in the enclave to safety. Instead they
burn the buses intended to evacuate civilians from two encircled towns the stops their own evacuation. And there were
buses organized only for the immediate families of the east Aleppo jihadis. No indication of even trying to arrange for buses
for the rest of the east Aleppo civilians. But plenty of video of east Aleppo civilians fleeing into government controlled

Much of this Snopes outfit's objection to her is that she's "biased", and that she has even admitted to her own bias. But who is reality is not biased? Everyone is, and so everyone can be attacked on this basis. To me, that line of criticism is simply an attempt to preemptively discredit.

Turning the tables, it's obvious that in addition to their own personal biases, corporate and "think tank" commentators carry the biases of the huge enterprises that happen to write their own fat paychecks on their backs. Knowing this, I am biased toward seeing better credibility in an independent like Eva.

Even if each of us went to Syria ourselves to form an opinion based on our own direct observations, and then spoke publicly in regard to it, our own credibility would be immediately attacked on some basis by some others. In the end, it's inevitably comes down to a personal judgement call when evaluating so-called news. Governments, and especially Washington, are well aware of this, and that's why they invest to much in "perception management". To me, journalistic transparency has always been more of an unrealized ideal. The skillful disguising and reinforcing of bias is what holds sway in the real world.
