India did not ask for Ukrainian turbines. Yantar roped in Zorya, not the Indian government. And Yantar has not offered an alternative turbine either for the two Talwar class frigates that they are now constructing.

As far as Zorya, Russia does not need to revive it. However it could build a new company in Nikolaev.

The doubt I had is that the Gorshkov class frigate engines were created together by Zorya and Saturn.

Could this Indian company claim partial IP ownership?
