I'm getting Abkhazia/Caucasus vibes. Then again I am no expert. And yes I spotted the external AC unit.

Is trying to convince NATO to invade Syria and IRAQ and "fight ISIS".

In reality what Obama wants in a shield of many NATO countries deployed in Syria air and land,
including Turkey . and Use this multinational forces not only to legitimate the invasion of Syria.
but also to use the NATO multi national force on the ground to Block Russia and Syrian Army
for liberating any other city. Obama needs human shields from Europe ,specially Germany and France and Italy ,to make it very expensive for Russia diplomatically and in any other way ,if Americans bombs Syrian army for example under the cover of NATO and Russia try to help them. Then it will be unable to protect Syrian army with its airforce without shutting down Planes with Germans and other European nations that are on Russia interest to have better relations.

So the whole thing will go like this. Obama pressure Germany ,Italy and France to send a dozen of airforce to Syria.they could even hire a right sector trained pilot of the Ukraine airforce that will be used to attack Russian base. later this air and land forces. lets say a hundred from each European country. will be mixed with Turkey full scale Army and they all enter together in Syria.

So this officially will be a major war against Syria by NATO ,under the pretext of "fighting ISIS".
with the intention to create No fly zones and safe zones where the Syrian army cannot enter and neither Russia airforce.  So for this plan to work. Obama needs Europe to send airforce and army too. and their role will be to block Russia from defending Syrian army if attacked by NATO.

So if Russia shutdown a german plane or an italian or french ,it can be used for a new round of sanctions against Russia. and inviting Turkey and Ukraine can be used to really guarantee that a war will happen with Russia and that Americans will not be on it ,but their NATO meat shields.
Already Turkey is now saying is ready to send troops to Syria if needed. So Obama plans are under way 1)to invade Syria in a meaningful way 2) and to block Russia from defending Syrian army or airforce. by hiding their airforce behind their European allies. 3)To have a new form of pressure to Russia ,by inviting Ukraine and Turkey into the invasion.  So if Europe is fool enough to accept such invitation by Obama ,such a trap , for provoke Russia into a war and disband Syria ,then they will be sorry later. it will end really bad if Syria or IRAN bomb turkey army invading Syria and Russia will need to shut down European planes too.

The major obstacle Obama and its regime face is that they cannot be in the front line in Syria in any major hostile provocation/attack on Russia or Syria. their European allies, or saudi Arabia or Turkey or ukraine needs to do the first shot against Syria and Russia. So that obama later can claim he was only "defending" its NATO allies. when in reality it was a war trap setup by Obama and Pentagon,to get Russia into a war with American Allies.  If Americans goes and do the first shot against Syria army or Russia. it will not work the proxy war anymore. and it will be an open war of Americans ,where they will clearly be seen as the aggressors.  And this will only bring HUGE MAJOR PROTEST in all USA of MILLIONS against OBAMA.. if Americans shot down a Russian or Syrian plane and later Russia retaliates and an american pilot or an awacs of them gets shot down by S-400. Because it will be clearly seen that Americans started the war on a sovereign nation. it will be near impossible to justify their actions.  If in the other hand Germany,France and Italy goes to syria and attack Syrian army , and Russia retaliates them.
American airforce this time can sell to their dumb people their actions of fighting back Russia ,
"in defense of its allies " being attacked.  if anyone reach the conclusion that Obama is simply trying to legitimate their war in Syria and seeking to find a way .how to setup a trap
for Russia and Syria , where they can easily manipulate american public opinion. where Russia will end fighting Turkey, Europe and even Ukraine first in Syria. and that americans role will only be there as backup of their allies then you will be correct. Public Opinion is really important for any one in any war . is what will make the difference of having a civil war in your country if thousands of your military ends killed in a conflict or if the entire country stand in support of you.  SO Obama understand the fatal mistake that it will be of being seen as the ones who start any major war against Syria or Russia. and Putin also understand the Huge Opportunity to provoke a civil war in America ,if they manage to get Americans do the first shot
against them. Russia will have the advantage to pick the target of retaliation . lets say Americans shot down a soviet plane. Russia can retaliate  shooting down a US AWACS with more people. So is a game of legitimacy and international opinion. This is why Russia is playing the game of americans of "moderates and ISIS" and doing cease of fires ,in aleppo and delaying the fights of Alqaeda and focusing on ISIS. So that Americans or any other cannot justify in any way any attack on a Russian plane. Now however Obama is seeking to create Safe zones and no fly zones, Using European armies of friendly nations to Russia ,like France ,to create a situation where Russia will end fighting the soldiers of any country that Russia was using its diplomacy to get with them closer relations.

This is why say ,there is no incompetence in Obama ,as trump says ,he knows well what he is doing. They are very smart and evil too. Obama is seeking to create a trap for Russia , using
a lot of NATO countries which Russia have major plans for business as shield to US and Turkey military criminal operations. watch for Ukraine being invited too ,to "fight ISIS". As long they have a sukhoi plane with the Ukraine flag painted on it will work wonders. Because the goal is always to Fight Russia by Third Party factions. is a proxy war. and the very same reason ,that is a proxy war. is what allows Americans to continue terrorizing Syria.  and to continue the war in Ukraine. but if Americans goes and directly attack Russia , (instead of Turkey or ISIS or Ukraine) then no longer the terrorist will matter , Russia simply sink an american warship and observe how Obama will be hanged later by a revolution and Russia will be on a strong position morally ,and in public support ,to demand something fair and valid ,that is for US gov to stop  supporting terrorism and end its illegal war against Syria. Public Opinion IS what will end the war in Syria. When Americans population or European allies , gets really fed up with Obama war in Syria. is what will really create a major pressure on United States and force them to stop it. This is exactly what ended the war in vietnam. Public Opinion and mass scale civil unrest and protest. and nothing could provoke unrest more easily ,than an American plane or warship destroyed by Russia after directly americans start a major hostile attack against Syria or Russia first.
