Iraqi Popular Mobilization Units rescue over 70 families from ISIS held Fallujah

Iraqi PMU fighters have organized the freedom of over 70 families consisting of approximately 350 individuals from the hands of ISIS. Radio messages, mobile phone numbers and loudspeaker broadcasts are routinely put up to give civilians new information on humanitarian corridors. PMU fighters hold these corridors open from ISIS by fighting them and allowing as many civilians to get out as possible. Many villages and towns around Fallujah are now fully liberated giving many hundreds of remaining families some safety from ISIS but the city is still ISIS held and over 50,000 civilians are trapped there. ISIS does not allow people to leave peacefully and we must use all our efforts and force to ensure these civilians can escape the brutality of ISIS occupation.

The Iraqi Popular Mobilization Units have recently rescued over 60 families from ISIS in Fallujah. The humanitarian corridors that are open for these civilians take military force to maintain open from ISIS and to clear the pathways from IEDs and sniper fire. Many losses of PMU fighters have been incurred in keeping these static passages open for civilians but the PMU remains steadfast in it's mission with the whole Iraqi Security Force to ensure humanitarian corridors so ISIS cannot hold a city hostage. As these families escape ISIS they are able to call inside the city and assure the safety of their friends and family to leave the city. ISIS propaganda has maintained that anyone leaving Fallujah will be slaughtered by the Iraqi forces and those leaving will also be a target for ISIS snipers. These attempts by ISIS will not succeed as the fighters advance on Fallujah and enure the safety of civilians fleeing ISIS.

Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Jubeir said on Sunday that sending Iranian Shiite armed units to Iraq to participate in military operations or undergo training is unacceptable.

DUBAI (Sputnik) – Earlier this week, Arabic news channels spread information about alleged participation of high-ranking Iranian military officers in liberation of the Iraqi city of Fallujah, controlled by Daesh terrorist group.
"Sending Iranian Shia armed units to Iraq or their training there is unacceptable both on invitation [of the Iraqi authorities] and without it," Jubeir stated at a joint press conference with his UK counterpart Philip Hammond broadcast by the Arabic TV channels.

He added that Iran should deal with its domestic matters instead of interfering in internal affairs of other states in the region.

"Iraq's problem is religious conflicts caused by the Iranian interference," Jubeir stressed, adding that Saudi Arabia insists on withdrawal of Iranian troops from Iraq.

PMUs dismantling an ISIS VBIED in Anbar (I'm guessing in the Fallujah area). The steel plates used to armour the VBIED are "made in Ukraine".

The ICTF have stormed the city of Fallujah. Reports that they have already controlled Al-Nuaymiyah district in the south of the city and have reached the Al-Shuhadaa district.

Iraqi commanders says their forces have entered the city of Fallujah (occupied by ISIS) from three directions on Monday(yesterday) in a new phase of the operation, a major victory against ISIS militants.
The Big Problem: Government officials and aid groups estimate that more than 50,000 people remain inside the center of the city-held by nearly 1,000 terrorists. Several paths have been set for the withdrawal of civilians from the city.
The operation still going strongly.

Excellent progress in Fallujah today. Iraqi forces have retaken the government/city council complex and the hospital in the center of the city. They have also stormed the Nazzal and Industrial districts (Nazzal might already be fully cleared by now). Keep in mind the Shuhada, Risala, and Jubail districts have already been liberated.

Looks like the Iraqi forces will control Fallujah faster than the US marines did in 2004.
