Sanya will be with us forever, so sayeth The Czar. You're not in Deir any more, my friend?

In a micro district in Minsk, Noviya Boroviya, that voted heavily for the woman, for weeks before the election some locals were driving around late at night shouting and playing loud music about the 'opposition'. Since the election, at night several vehicles have been driving around at night playing this vid.

As an interesting aside, sources say that the Polish Army has moved several units of armored troops up to the Byelorus border this morning local time. It is not known why this movement took place.

    The Czar...?

The point is the protests aren't going away nor will the pressure from other countries anytime soon.

I am neutral. I have thought about the existence of nation States. What are nations? Some factors seem obvious. Geography. Determining agriculture and trade and climate. Imposing local conditions. Particular conditions. A nation. Demarcated by long established borders. Some factors less obvious. Such as particular shape and size of nation. Some very small nations and very large ones, tend towards instability. A long and narrow nation will have problems in defence. Landlocked or island nations, face particular problems of their own.

But knowing or reasoning the future of nations, is more than just Geography. It is the ability to deduce social relationships. And base forecasts on these. Can any of our politicians do this now? A kind of prophecy? Yet there were wise men or prophets, many thousands of years ago. Who could tell the future. The future of the world. Many weak nations out of one strong nation. Gold into feets of clay. Broken and divided. What deductive reasoning process did the prophets use? I don't know. Do you?

Belarus will become another Crimea & the Czar will soon appoint a Governor General in Minsk. Batka aka Lukashenko will have to retire early.

The West wont give up, the same they keep trying in Russia... at the end of the day, agitators need to make a life  Smile  Whether they are going to achieve something is a different thing though, once Luka is starting to say and do the right things. The dangerous trend developing in the last days has been reversed. This may be difficult to understand in the West, since chronic complex of superiority may make it difficult to admit that the masses all over the world may not be unanimously yearning to be assimilated and that the popular revolts are often nothing more than Western operations that can be quickly defused if the state authorities show a little resolve and competence. We will see, but by now Russia clearly has gained the initiative and the access to the levers of governance in Belarus.

Maybe, but with a little honour and acknowledgement instead of retiring the Gaddafi way...

Pretty good analysis by commenters on ZH. They've clearly given it some thought.

WHO IS BEHIND THE DESTABILIZATION OF BELARUS?

Brits, Poles, and Americans are openly engaged in fomenting chaos in Belarus.

The elections in Belarus and subsequent protests have strongly attracted the international community - and the situation is dire.

The US’ reaction is hardly surprising given the experience of the 2014 Ukrainian coup. They are already employing the traditional schemes, calling for a redo of the election and threatening to impose sanctions. The funding for the protests comes primarily from funds affiliated with the intelligence services of NATO countries, as experts note.

However, in addition to the United States, many other states have joined in interfering in Belarus’ internal affairs: a number of allied American states have declared that they don't recognize the elections, pouring more fuel into the fire. Many European politicians like French president Emmanuel Macron "expressed concern" about the situation in Belarus, whereas previously they had next to no interest in the country.

Poland, Latvia, and Lithuania have already stated that they have prepared a plan to resolve the situation in Belarus and are ready to act as "mediators".

So-called "human rights" organizations have launched an advertising campaign on social networks: for example, Amnesty International, headquartered in London, is advertising on Russian Facebook political protest:

The most popular source of information is the openly extremist resource NEXTA, which is overseen by Poles from abroad (including Stepan Svetlov and Roman Protasiewicz - the latter a former employee of Euroradio). They have helped organize the protests, calling for openly anti-state measures in the spirit of Ukrainian "Maidan":

This is also part of the day to day work of various NGOs and external organizations such as CANVAS (Center for Applied Nonviolent Actions and Strategies) in post-Soviet space (and not only), specializing in organizing protests and coups.

The editorial office of Geopolitica.ru asks readers to be more attentive to the sources of information and not to give in to propaganda from abroad which has nothing to do with the Belarusians themselves. The goal of these campaigns spearheaded by the US and European countries is to destabilize Belarus and cause a split in society, the long-term goal is to organize a quarrel between Minsk and Moscow and try to implement a "Ukrainian scenario" in Belarus.

There are problems in Belarus, but neither the Poles from NEXTA, nor Amnesty International and similar agents, experts in organizing "color revolutions", have any right to intervene in the internal affairs of other governments.

    Also

Who the fuċk appointed us the world’s Supreme Election Commissioner?

The election in Belarus was monitored by 248 OSCE-accredited international observers and about 50,000 domestic OSCE-certified observers.

During the last US Elections, there were only 13 (THIRTEEN!) international observers in Washington, D.C., plus 36 observers who “monitored” our electoral process throughout the country.

Keep in mind that just like women who always go to the bathroom in pairs, observers go to polling places in pairs, too. So, if the observers visited 18 out of 116,990 polling places, does it really mean that our elections were properly monitored? ;-)

    Looney

    Putin's genious operation in Belarus

Trump recently called Putin a brilliant chess player on the geopolitical board. We are currently talking about Belarus. Let's remember the chronology of important events in Belarus:

    1) Lukashenko is trying to slow down the development of the Union's relations with Russia and is trying to sit on two chairs

    2) In the usual way, he tries to clean up the political area before the elections. At the same time, Moscow sees an upcoming revolution after the elections and activities of Western intelligence services.

    3) Belarus is facing the biggest protests in the country's history and Lukashenko's subordinates are increasingly moving into opposition.

    4) The government is beginning to lose control of the main means of management. Even journalists who have served the government for many years have left it.

    5) The US and the EU impose sanctions on Belarus and government officials.

In just three days, the opposition managed to arouse people to the point that a total of about 10% of the population protested, dozens of major industries stopped production, knocked out of the "chairs" already warmed by Lukashenko, and imposed sanctions on Western "partners". non-recognition of election results. The opposition also put pressure on the banking sector and called on people to withdraw money from deposits and exchange it for dollars, causing the Belarusian ruble to fall and borrowing costs to rise by a whopping 11%. The authorities do not know what to do and are trying to put out the fire and stop the flow of provocations. Lukashenko is confused and does not know what to say, his subordinates see his weakness and support the opposition. Russia, meanwhile, says there are signs of external interference, but they say it is a matter for Belarus to do so, and there is no change.

A few days later, Lukashenko calls Putin and tells him that he was surprised at how well Russia understands the situation. It is not known what they talked about, but an hour and a half later the first two planes took off in the direction of Minsk, later the planes - FSB. Protests are beginning to be actively suppressed. The Internet is being launched, authorities are releasing detainees, journalists are appearing on television, and thousands of people are gathering to support Lukashenko.

The aim is to expel the opposition from the information space and discredit their leaders. The government allows them to discredit themselves by trying to publish a program of changes that are identical to Ukrainian reforms: a ban on the Russian language; decommunization; Orientation towards the EU; Privatization. Then it begins to be analyzed in the media, and the opposition begins to apologize and quickly removes the program from its website and says that all this is a lie, and they did not say.

Putin waited for Lukashenko to lose Western support. And Lukashenko feels very confident again, but Russian politicians have firmly seized him, because now is the best time to make agreements. Along with the Belarusian flags, Russian flags are now being displayed, and positive news about Russia is once again spreading on television, not the other way around (this is important for preparing people for rapprochement with Russia)

Even if 10% of the population protest that does not give them the right to decide for the other 90% (or whatever the number is
that does not include children). It is one human, one vote. It is clear that the NATzO west and its lickspittles invoke some BS
representation by proxy to any rent-a-crowd mob.

Lukashenko better grow a brain and fast. Yanukovich let 10,000 militants take over the country because he was too afraid to
upset the EU-peons and to look like a dictator. The only dictators are the thugs on the street trying to hijack democracy.

So he snubbed Merkel. That is a good move. Merkel and other EU-peon leaders were one of the prime reasons that the 2014 coup
in Ukraine succeeded. These fucks have no place at any table where decisions about Belorus are made. Russia, by contrast,
has a natural right to be involved in all key decisions as to the future of Belorus. Belorus is Bolshie concoction ripped out
of Russia. It should be reincorporated as long as the Belorus public is not too brainwashed.

I doubt that Batka by force of circumstances is free to talk to any leader except Putin. In fact he was probably told not to take that call.
Belarus is an artificial state, most of it carved out of Russia:

Losers for hire. And fellow moron travelers.

Anyone who is not aware of the situation in Ukraine is a certifiable retard. Trying to emulate Kiev's "success" transcends retardation
into the brainless sock puppet category with NATzO's arm up its ass moving its lips.

These clowns have chosen a perfect time to "join" the EU ( bounce ) since the EU is cutting off the welfare for the Baltics
and will never subsidize any new members the size of Ukraine and Belorus like it does Poland (for now). The subsidy that props
up Poland (tens of billions of euro per year) is a scam designed to hoodwink the idiots in Ukraine and Belorus that the EU will
do the same for them. But after 6 years of not even giving Ukraine real loans (not the IMF dollar on a string), it is clear that
no free money and easy life are waiting for these losers. They should look at Bulgaria in case the point is not clear.

The thing is that the "hired protesters" are still in the street is a cause for concern. Right now it is the Russian intelligence vs west intelligence, it will be interesting to see what methods they use and who comes up on top.

You can thank Lukasschenko for suppressing the pro-Russian opposition and civil organizations that there are no counter-protests
to the pro-NATzO mobs and their NATzO quisling "committees". This is why he is a retard. He snookered himself with his dictatorial
policies and playing the fence sitting game trying to get free money by playing NATzO off against Russia. Instead NATzO played this
farmboy loser against himself. Now he is hiding behind Russia's coat-tails.

Putin needs to live up to his reputation and have Lukasschenko removed by hook or by crook. That clown is dead meat anyway since
NATzO is hardly going to keep him safe and sound after it succeeds with its colour revolution.

I doubt this color revolution will succeed.  The turnout isn't there (Serbia had way more).  Simply though Luka is done either way.  Russia through Luka will have to have someone else.

But people like Flaming Python who support Lukas ousting is simply playing into Poland's and Lithuania's hands. They hate Russia and doing what they can to destroy it, including by taking over the Russian allied nations. Doing so through bullshit claims we are seeing in Belarus. Issue is what KVS mentioned - Luka suppressed pro Russian elements that now there is no pro Russian option. Rest are all pro Baltics. Even though no Baltic nations is successful. They are all dirt poor and or living abroad. Poland is only success story and it also survives on handouts

Nah, it's just that dope from RT Bryan who said something stupid like that.

This is Lukas PR to the security services. "To be like them". He has support from the security services so no coup there.

Plus the protests are over now and nothing happened. No arrests or anything.
