PapaDragon, I wouldn't count out Blacks and Latinos being less corrupt or evil.  There are plenty of sociopathic black and latino politicians that would have no problem taking the place of whites in the CIA and carry out the evil oligarchic agenda of the corporations.  I wouldn't underestimate the evil of human nature in any race; whites are not the only ones that are greedy, sociopathic and would kill people for power.  People like Colin Powell, Susan Rice, Condolezza Rice, Barack Obama and many others have supported the "dumb crap US has been doing".  

A Black President could have ordered the attack on Serbia in 1999 just like a white president such as Bill Clinton.  Obama was President when the Libyan government was toppled.
