Volunteers or Contract? The numbering of the people is what I got from various other sources, including Sputnik and Saker. I didn't go into detail if they were conscript or volunteers/contractors, but purely what the current numbers are and what may be in the future.

Conscription is probably on its way out.

I use the term volunteer to cover Officers, Warrant Officers, contractors, cadets, etc.
Not sure how long conscription continues. I know the VV have had a recruitment target goal of 80,000 contractors, which they apparently reached last year.

Coast Guard looks after the Coast and Border. National Guard will be the water around nuclear power plants, closed cities and the Amur river north of Khabarovsk and the Police would be harbor/port areas.

The National Guard inherited the Private Security Service from the Ministry of Interior. Basically a 113,000 man strong Armed Security Guards for hire force.
