Wouldn't it be more accurate to call it a Tornado based platform?
Anyway RuMOD needs to start buying these platforms in bulk and unify it's wheeled logistics chain, the current zoo they have is absurd.

Re: "Army-2021" Military Technical Forum
I agree... I thought the idea of the new systems would be to replace the old Grad and the old Uragan and the old Smerch with a new light truck and one other new vehicle and have 122mm and 220mm and 300mm rockets in pallets that both new vehicles could carry, so you replace three different trucks with two that can use all three different calibre rockets... perhaps with 80mm and 122mm aircraft rocket pods added later on, but they seem to be replacing the three old systems with three new systems and the Grad system looks essentially the same.
They also have that mine launching vehicle which looks similar to a Grad but is not... they could have gone retard modular with pallets for 80mm and 122mm aircraft rockets (in enormous numbers because they are small and light for near direct fire use that might be on a tracked chassis) and also pallets for the 122mm and 220mm and 300mm standard Grad, Uragan, and Smerch long range artillery rockets, but also pallets for the shorter range mine distribution rockets that seem to be about 122mm calibre as well and of course TOS rockets... old and new on tracked and wheeled platforms.
The light truck model is this one:
Which could carry all the listed pallets above if needed, though for direct fire rockets like TOS and the aircraft based rockets perhaps not so suited, but for the long range artillery rockets it would be cheap and mobile, and for delivering mine fields would be fine too... and could be made in enormous numbers because of its light weight and low costs.
The other wheeled model was this:
Which is clearly bigger and carries two pallets meaning it can equate a Grad or a Uragan or a Smerch on one vehicle when more rockets need to be fired, though it will cost more and be slightly less mobile it will still be a very good vehicle in no way inferior to Uragan or Smerch.
The only remaining models might be better protected... a tracked vehicle for short range TOS rockets that can also carry mines to deliver on the front line and also use direct fire aircraft rockets near the front line too which of course should be Armata based, and a better protected wheeled vehicle perhaps Typhoon or Boomerang based where better protection would be prudent but also better mobility in places with good road systems would be useful too.
Maybe even expand it to include Iskander and BAL and Bastion/ground based Zircon...

Re: "Army-2021" Military Technical Forum
At the Army-2021, the Ural Automobile Plant will present a conceptual version of the Ural-4966 light multi-purpose vehicle with a 4×4 wheel formula in the form of a mock-up sample.
The machine is designed according to the modular principle and can be equipped with various variants of engines, transmission, including automatic. The technically permissible maximum weight is no more than 10.2 tons.
The car is designed for the transportation of goods weighing up to 4 tons, installation and transportation of special equipment, towing of special and transport trailers. According to the developers, the Ural-4966 will be able to replace discontinued cars, including the GAZ-66. The main difference from cars of previous years is the possibility of completing various types of cabins. At the same time, the dimensions and mounting capabilities allow us to consider the Ural-4966 as an airborne car

Re: "Army-2021" Military Technical Forum
Rostec first showed an anti-drone briefcase at Army 2021.
Roselektronika Holding of Rostec State Corporation for the first time showed the mobile anti-drone system "Zashchita "at the Army-2021 forum. Thanks to the use of passive coherent location technology, the system is invisible to other radars and resistant to radio interference. The station is placed in several portable cases and is put into operation in 30 minutes.
The new system can "see" aircraft in the range of 360 degrees and determine at a distance of up to 12 km what type they are-airplane, helicopter or tiltrotor. "Protection" is able to detect the location of the control panel of the "drone" and break the communication channel with the aircraft. To do this, the Serp subsystem provides a continuous overlap in the frequency range from 400 to 6200 MHz, used for controlling drones. Simultaneously with the suppression of UAV control channels, a system for suppressing navigation signals of global satellite systems operates.
Thanks to the passive coherent locator, the Zashchita radar does not irradiate the target, but uses signals emitted by external third-party transmitters, such as digital television broadcasting, reflected from the target. The absence of an active locator allows the system to remain invisible to other interceptors, which significantly reduces the likelihood of radio interference. In addition, passive radar does not require permission to use radio frequency channels, which facilitates its use in the civilian sphere.
"The new complex detects and eliminates intruder drones on a sectoral basis, which, unlike dome systems, allows it to be used for targeted suppression of specific intruder drones. This is one of the key advantages of "Protection", which will allow it to be applied at objects where drones are used, for example, to monitor territories. We already have several potential customers, including foreign ones, to whom we plan to conduct a visual demonstration of the system's capabilities during the forum" – said Vyacheslav Mikheev, General Director of Vega Concern.
As part of the Vega Concern, the development of the Zashchita system is carried out by the Vector Research Institute.
