"A unit of the Southern Military District compound, together with the border patrol of the FSB of Russia, prevented the violation of the state border of Russia by a sabotage and reconnaissance group from the territory of Ukraine.

On February 21, 2022, at about 6 a.m. Moscow time, in the area of the settlement of Mityakinskaya, Rostov region, on the site of the state border of the Russian Federation with the Republic of Ukraine, a border patrol of the FSB of Russia detected the penetration of a sabotage and reconnaissance group.

In order to detain the sabotage group, the border patrol of the FSB of Russia requested reinforcement from the unit of the Russian armed forces of the Southern Military district allocated for operational cover of the state border.

During the clash, two infantry fighting vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine entered the state border with the Russian Federation for the emergency evacuation of the sabotage group from the territory of Ukraine.

As a result of the clash, 5 violators of the border of the Russian Federation from the sabotage and reconnaissance group were destroyed.

It is not going so well for the Kiev regime on the LOS. So there is no urgency for Russia to undermine the Minsk Agreements.
Ultimately, Russia will recognize the LDNR and possibly other pieces of Banderastan as it falls apart.

If you had been paying attention over the past couple of weeks instead of trolling, you would have remembered the intelligence warning from the NAF that apparently 2-3 groups of mostly Right Sector members had been formed to commit sabotage in the Donbas. There have been several intercepts along the line of contact however some apparently got through because there have been several bombings and a couple of saboteurs arrested along with killed. This unit was probably trying to circumvent the the Rebel lines by going through Russia. Getting captured was not an option to these die hard nazis.

I thought putin and Russia didn’t give a shit about The D and L now they want to recognize them. The fucking propaganda spinsters on this website are going to have to spin another 180 degrees. Russians stocks down as much as 15% just from this meeting. Shorted to hell.

Recognising these republics is a shit pussy move. Russia will get sanctioned for this. Should just move in and make a land bridge to Crimea and grab some more cities and rich gas areas. Don’t go all the way to Kiev. A Russian partial invasion might actually do what a lot of people on this forum have been promising. It might make the Ukrainian government actually collapse. Like Georgia in 2008 was in complete disarray after.

Location of the incident points that this was a probably incident. Close to Stanitsa Luganska, just north of Severski Donets river.
There is a distinct possibility that some nationalist circles in Ukraine want a major escalation to happen and are not under control of Ukrainian MoD.

According to Shoigu there are 59,300 Ukrian proper military on the LOS.    

Previous talk was about 125,000.   It now looks like propaganda huffing and puffing.   The morale of the Ukr army is in the toilet and
all they have are Nazi militants which engage in terrorism.  Shoigu pointed out that he was not counting the Nazi paramilitaries that
do not even have coherent command and control.    So it is possible that there are 65,000 Nazi dogs running around.   That is enough
to do a lot of damage to civilians and civilian infrastructure.   This rather explains the evacuation of civilians.

Shoigu also gave number for Ukr equipment:

tanks: 345
BMPs: 2160
artillery and large caliber mortars: 820
MLRS (incl. Smerch): 160
Tochka U systems are present but no estimate was given.
