Brazil is voting against Russia at the UNSC. India is a completely corrupt, dirt poor state that pimps its service to the highest bidder (mostly the West & China). Latin American countries are U.S allies where the U.S is steadily converting these Catholic countries into Protestant.

So the hope is only Russia and China.

Yes. Because Ukronazi garrisons in cities use them to create provocations, by shelling their own buildings. This has already been uncovered. And Russian forces preempted this propaganda farce by forbidding mortar use for their own forces in this operation

Edit: Saw the video but it was taken down, the man was saying it was taganrog and I could see smoke plumes
