That's one of the many absurdities in the article. The author's point is that the Russians can bumble to victory because they can withstand more losses, incompetence aside.

The NATzO propaganda is only effective against NATzO residents.   It failed on an epic scale in Russia.   Thus, it is useless.
The problem is that NATzO drinks its own propaganda Kool-Aid and extremely dangerous from its delusions.  

The no fly zone drivel sums up the level of awareness of reality in NATzO.   These morons (willful or inadvertent) think Russia
is Iraq and they can roll over it.   This goes hand in hand with the routine drivel about Russia having an economy smaller than
California.   California is a toilet and not a country with a space industry and superpower military.   Perhaps its time to stop
wanking around with GDP "metrics" that count dollars circulating between prostitutes and their clients as equivalent to
industrial production.  And count endless debt accumulation as economic growth.  

OT: the Kiev regime spent seven years building bunkers and entrenching itself on the LDNR front.   It was always planning to
stage a final solution to the Donbass problem.   The current "stall" is the much needed softening up stage of these regime positions
with artillery and air strikes.   I expect there to be a collapse of the regime forces on the LDNR front soon.   They are running out of
supplies and are de facto encircled already since they cannot resupply.   The deciders in Kiev are refusing requests for withdrawal.

I have lost count how many times these us carrier admirals have threatened Russia. Not just carriers, but just ships too. Both against Russia and China.

Well, Zelenskyy has said he is willing to accept being Neutral etc no joining NATO in exchange for russians withdrawal and a promise they will not attack again.

The only hope for a negotiated solution is via the negotiations between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations, with the former led by Medinsky and the later led by Podolyak. Lately they've been continuing online rather than in person.
