    Unprecedented strike on enemy air defence - multiple S-300 launchers destroyed in Pavlograd

    According to Readovka's source, after the Russian Armed Forces carried out a night strike on the Pavlograd railway junction, eyewitnesses have reported a mass detonation of anti-aircraft missiles for the S-300 complex. According to our information, two divisions (up to 16 units) of S-300P were destroyed. In addition, supply vehicles with reserve ammunition were hit.

    A huge fire volcano has erupted over the city and the detonation of rockets has continued for almost an hour.
    The enemy's air defences are severely damaged.

    The missiles are impacting now. Appears to be one of the bigger strikes as of late, 100+ cruise missiles. Drones and ballistic missiles as well, apparently.

    ^ Good. The Sevastopol attack was a major embarrassment and if it doesn't constitute a red line, nothing will from Kiev's perspective. In their thinking, they can do anything they want within their 1991 borders.

    No report of power outages, seems the substations were left alone this time

    They took out s300 missile depot, and seems to me like Ukrainian air defense is completely out of action

    That means they're not even wasting time hitting the substations to force Ukro AD to light up

    That means the general staff knows with high probability that Ukro AD is gone

    Ukrainians should get used to living in the metro

    Gonna be long summer

    They wont target power and infrastructure, they will be targeting fuel and ammo and air defence equipment as well as vehicles and men that are being moved to the front for their Spring Offensives... the more they destroy and kill the easier things will be moving forward.

    If they can destroy all their ammo and fuel they wont be able to attack, and killing their newly trained soldiers before they get near the front line is the quickest and easiest way to kill them.

    Ammo and fuel are easy to destroy in large volumes but armoured vehicles would need specific weapons like HEAT submunitions to damage properly unless they are loaded up with ammo and fuel.

    About 18 missile were fired in total. It was a minor rocket attack.


    Stages from RT-23 ICBM missiles, awaiting disposal, were still stored in Pavlogrod. Therefore, such an explosion is likely.

    Could be that the Ukrainian offensive is about to begin, and the Russians struck them just as they're assembling and about to begin.

    The Soviets did something very similar as the Germans were launching Operation Citadel to cut the Kursk salient. The Red Army had made preparations of their own and struck many of the German positions with Katyusha barrages just as the Germans were moving out.

    They didn't dispatch the BSF and Caspian flottilla plus an entire fleet (20 something Tu-95s and Tu-160s) of strategic bombers from both Olenya (Kola peninsula, above the Arctic circle!) and Engels just to launch a mere two Tu-95s worth of missiles.

    People in Saratov said 10 bombers departed from Engels alone.

    But some missiles may well have been decoys to trigger and ID various AD assets, definitely.

    I am sure UA is downplaying things and keeping a tight lid on for a reason now..

    The big problem of all those who are against the war in Ukrоshitstan is that they have against them the regime of Ukroshitstan and the West that supports that regime.
    I am convinced that the Russian army now has enough military equipment and manpower in all the positions they hold in the four occupied areas.
    The Russians are in no hurry for 14 full months.
    The only question is whether Ukroshitstan can hide the direction of a larger convoy of personnel and equipment.
    And as for the sick West, I wouldn't be surprised if they attack where everyone least expects it. I wouldn't be surprised if they try to drag Belarus into the war.

    A massive missile attack on the impending Ukrainian counter-offensive:
    “The consequences of a series of powerful explosions are being assessed in Pavlograd, Dnepropetrovsk region.
    It is already known that a military warehouse, industrial facilities and a large railway junction have been destroyed.
    According to intelligence, it was there that the Armed Forces of Ukraine methodically pulled together air defense
    systems for a counteroffensive.  An air alert was announced throughout Ukraine.  Explosions also thundered in
    Nikolaev, Odessa, Poltava, Kirovograd, Sumy and Cherkasy regions”

    Two sabotage actions by presumably Ukrainian agents happened this morning. A power line pylon was wrecked by an IED near Gatchina, south of Saint Petersburg, and a freight train was derailed by another one in the Bryansk region, close to Ukraine.

    Damage appears minor, but yeah, they're still trying and occassionally succeeding to some extent. Loads of attempts have been prevented over the past year, but some are bound to succeed given the sheer amount of people and resources Ukraine apparently pours into these things.
