The guys who filmed this seem delighted, even giggling at the Russian strikes.
The territory has been UA-occupied since the summer of 2014, but it seems like it hasn't been all that popular judging by the reactions of locals to UA forces getting pounded.

Ukraine isn't turning out to be like Georgia for Russians.
You see, we Serbs have endured 78 days of NATO aggression. They destroyed 10 MiG-29s (four on the ground), as well as 13 tanks. However, our bridges, power plants, buildings in Belgrade and the Chinese Embassy were destroyed perfectly well. Was there a ground aggression against Serbia in 1999? No... Let's wait and see what Ukraine will look like in 78 days, if it lasts that long!

Yes. I want to know why Russia isn't going full offensive. Any tactical reasons or are they suffering heavy casualties ?
Even if I think you are trolling I will answer seriously.
Russia is trying to not hurt civilians from the stat. If they want to go full offensive they will first try to remove as many civilians from the cities as possible.
In Mariupol this what happened. Thry evacuated the civilians and are now bombing the shit out of the nazi groups there.
Taking a cities while trying to minimoze civilian casualities is impossible. Taking cities require a huge firepower because ebemy is hiding in buildings, you need to target civilian properties, where civilians are, to win such battles.
This is the reason why they aren't taking cities easily.
If it was german or polish cities, they would have been leveled in two days. A 2S7 203mm shell can destroy buildings easily. 500kg air dropped bombs too. A batterie of Msta-S can also do huges damages, as well as incendiary rpg like Shmel. A small city can be wiped out in two days with such munitions pretty easily.

Spriter @spriter99880 · 2m yesterday in Konstantinovka (Donetsk region) at night something flew into the former building of the police department, which was turned into a barracks. About 200 people slept there.
Today, the entire area has been cordoned off for 2 blocks around and no one is allowed in. In Ukraine media there is complete silence about this

That's quite a salvo. Wonder if they are heading for the same target?
Spriter @spriter99880 · 22m The Black Sea Fleet strikes at the Armed Forces of Ukraine! Caliber-NK cruise missiles have just been launched from the Sevastopol region from a Project 21631 small rocket ship.Six missiles rush to the targets.
CORRECTION: It was a salvo of 8 not 6.
They looked to be heading towards the setting sun, so west, so Odessa?
EDIT, Maybe a Sunday salvo?

This is the one I highlighted that we ought to watch for a few days ago. If confirmed this is a very important breakout as it is heading towards the place at the edge of the map starting with V. It is the location of the HQ for much of the Donetsk front.
EDIT: Now not confirmed. Delete arrow from map.
Mike Mihajlovic @MihajlovicMike · 1h Replying to @GeromanAT Heard that from the other source as well (looking for more independent confirmation). Seem that the major line is breached but the strongholds are still holding. It is still murky but it doesn't look good for the defenders. Supplies are extremely low, and no safe retreat route.

Hard to tell what ordnance it is, but the blasts are huge and there are Russian jets seen and heard in the air, so probably heavy bombs (500kg/1000lbs+).
Saw something flash by on Twitter earlier, but can't find it now. Some U.S. official saying they recorded 300 Russian air force sorties that operated unimpeded over a large part of Ukraine in the past 24hrs, but the Russians "still don't have air superiority", according to him.
We saw yesterday that they fly drones over Kiev unimpeded, and that they now conduct heavy airstrikes in broad daylight on Ukrainian bases. We also know that Ukraine has had zero manned aviation in the air for the past week or so, as they get instantly shot down, and that they lose 5-10 drones a day, and there hasn't been any Bayraktar footage for almost two weeks.
There are reports that barracks in Konstantinovka were hit a while ago, with causalties again well above 200. The Ukrainians have supposedly cordoned off a huge area around it and forbids any one from bringing any cameras etc to the site, so it will take some time to verify. They are very, very quiet in general, actually, which suggests things aren't going too well.
Meanwhile, there are strikes going on outside Odessa. Possibly those Kalibrs, but other things may be at work as well.
Remember that they struck some radars and comm centers with Bastion-P a while back. I think they are prepping to bring Odessa back home.

Interesting because Zelenski won the election in a landslide because he promised to stop the war in the east. Peace was off the table pretty quickly after his election. In fact today we have a major conflict on our hands because he couldn't keep to the Minsk 2 agreement. Not very trustworthy in my book.

Ukrainian army is 200,000 strong. It's not a parade sized force that Georgia has.
In Europe only Germany, France, UK and Turkey have stronger armies.
Sorry but the German's Bundeswehr is not an army and is a lot worse than Turkey, France, UK, the Ukraine and I would bet that Serbia would win against Germany.

Which begs the question, how "pro-Russian" are the Odessites today?
There were serious movements there in early 2014 but they were very harshly suppressed, and recently only vaguely pro-Russian people remaining have been purged from all important positions, and Ukrainian propaganda has permeated everything.
Will it prove to be a thin veneer that'll crack when the Russians are knocking on the door?

Hell if the city is not ours but some western city Russia could use FOAB which has more bang for the bug than anything else.
Someone posted on twatter a suppossedly used FOAB in the Ukraine, which I doubt but there is some footage/cgi? of it on twatter.

He must have known that he had no chance against the Right Sektor enforcers so the election boast was a premeditated lie.
Still it got him elected, like the many other politicians who have done the same.
