Don't need to discuss the Donbass soldiers - it's unquestionable that they deserve Russian veteran status - but it's good that they're giving it to the Border Guard as well. Those guys are used to hunting smugglers & now they have to deal with special forces raids with mortars

I would like to point out several things:

1) the Ukrainian units are definitely thinned out

2) there is still ton of Russian troops not deployed

3) they will simply increase the amount after Donbass
