Back in March i did a bit of RCS prediction for the Strizh

Only in S-band but Russians have many of them includin the A-50's. It assumes no Absorbers or treatment, The drone is able to pull 0.38 sqm. That's a good value i think. With treatment it can perhaps reach 0.1 sqm and make Russian radar work harder.
If they do observed the drone tho, i wonder why no fighter aircraft dispatched to engage or Visually acquire them.

Why can't russian OTH radars detect them then? Where is Voronizh, wheres nebo, wheres konteyner? Why don't the russians have radars that can easily detect low flying low RCS cruise missiles? Do you think russian air defence would be able to detect a massive tomahawk strike from away?

This is simple and I will explain it to you.
Russia should use low intensity nuclear weapons and end the war. Since there are many cowardly Europeans in the forum, they are afraid to assume that consequence. It's the only way, assume it. And it is a direct message to the West.
If Russia loses the war with a shitty and inferior country like Ukraine, not only its prestige is in danger, but also the unity of the Federation, since it will not be tolerated by many sectors.

"They keep coming so the Russians can just keep shooting them as they are..."
Garry, Vietnam proved that that's a terrible way to wage war.
Great. That changes absolutely nothing regarding how terrible of a strategy that is to winning a war.
Maybe Engels was hit by that 1000km suicide drone Ukraine recently unveiled.
Yeah geran style drone swarm attacks against Russia would be rather humiliating.
The screening of "refugees" hasn't been up to scratch, so to speak, and Russia's rather complacent when it comes to base security sometimes. Seems like it just never occured to them that Ukrainians would even attempt such things, since they appear so foolhardy.
Eh? What you describe is the very same complacency I mentioned.
They will go further, you can't relax.
The first two (?) attacks shouldn't even have succeeded had they realized the gravity of the situation. They were rather complacent, thinking that "no way they'd attempt that"... But at least they got everything in order before major damage happened.
Likewise, there shouldn't even be the possibility of an attack on strategically important Engels AFB at this stage. Doesn't matter if it's by a sabotage team working locally or by some new long-range drone (that I still have't seen any evidence for).
And of course, this could be the case too. Again, did anyone provide any indication of Ukrainian involvement yet? Let alone long-range drones (600km+)?
Some changes to the electronics could solve this. Still it hits in 90 of 100 cases. Even some of the close misses resulted in damage to the target.
Western plans hitting reality again.
Of that like half goes to Europe, the other half to Asia.
I think they should equip Lancet drones with a small secondary incendiary warhead to at least give some probability that targets catch fire.
We don't know about the damage, but with incendiary filler the S-300 wouldn't be so lucky.
The Brent price drop proves that the "market" is rigged. Russia needs to play hardball and deliberately divert its exports away from the NATzO fraud
exchanges. The demand is not created by NATzO fraudsters.
The strike on the airfield in Engels was carried out by the Soviet Tu-141 Strizh UAV, which freely overcame almost 650 km over the territory of the Russian Federation.
Such a drone should not be a problem for Russian air defense... It's not a small plastic drone, etc. It's huge. The Russian defense is doing a huge job, but they should shoot it down.
Shot from the other side.
Lucky thing is that X-22 under the wing didn't catch fire.
TASS blames MAXAR for supplying Ukraine with intel about the airbase that was hit last night.
Ffs they are using tires as a protection for their strategic bombers. What a bunch of dumb assholes.
Restocking Western ammunition after arming Ukraine will take years -producer
The strizth , supposedly has no explosive warhead , only cameras . Yet large explosion reported in two different locations . Too large to be retrofitted small warhead of 50 - 100 kg . More like 250 - 500 kg warhead of cruise missile
Note the small explosions on the ground beyond the Gepard after the missile was hit. Any idea what they are?
Why can't russian OTH radars detect them then? Where is Voronizh, wheres nebo, wheres konteyner? Why don't the russians have radars that can easily detect low flying low RCS cruise missiles? Do you think russian air defence would be able to detect a massive tomahawk strike from away?
The U.S. Army is planning a ‘dramatic’ six-fold artillery shell production boost
