The air raid sirens are part of the show. They get those running every time some westerner is visiting with a camera crew. It's been blatantly obvious in the past, even more so now since it is well known that these visits only occur after they've spoken to Russia about it.
Kind of like Zelensky's bravery. Only once they had spoken to Russia and Russia guaranteed they wouldn't bomb the Rada building or the government palace in Kiev (they still haven't, a year in!) or otherwise target Zelensky did he emerge from the bunker.
Such a circus. Problem is, Russia's continued goodwill doesn't really help Russia in any way. But that's another story.

The Duran did a video on it. They say that Russia wants everyone in Russia to see this to know that this is a war with the US. But everyone in Russia knows that already.
Allowing these visits is a net negative propaganda wise inside Russia. Plus Russia thinks the US is dealing in good faith once again. As i said , one of these times , there will be rooftop snipers ready for a false flag. And it will be all on Russia.

Defense Politics Asia had a panel about tanks and had 3 American tankers on it. At around 12 minutes , they talk about how with a tank, as you approach the 50 yard line , you should charge. And Russia is doing this. And this is making the Javlin less effective. This is probably what was going on in Ugledar too. But yeah. Not every line charge goes perfectly

according to Hersch's sources there are sleeper cells in Russia and they have been activated. Mercouris speculates that it is the UK that
is involved since it has a lot of hostile "ex-pat Russians" to use for such activity. It can recruit these losers and send them back.
But it looks to me like the sabotage is a fail. It has not disrupted any economic activity or supplies to the front. No, it has not resulted
in any munitions shortage so the Wagner melodrama is some other BS.
