The explosion occurred in a cafe in St. Petersburg, where the creative evening of military correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky took place. At least 15 people were injured, Vladlen is dead.

yes I understand all that about NBC pressurized system. Its pretty clear this did not do good enough a job as there is still significant off gassing from the remnant. That is why there is still smoke in the compartment of this pressurized tank, and they of optimized the ejection process to further reduce gasses in the compartment. 
you can see the effin smoke there from just one round. Imagine what its like before this improvement when you use 20-30 rounds in quick succession. You are so vehement in your support you refuse to see any faults. Very much Soviet mentality.

It should be easy to identify culprit , since the device was hidden in statue , to be given as present . Like the attack on philosopher ( his daughter ) close to Kremlin , and pro - war . Similar attack profile . They identified Ukrs that time , that were responsible ? But why now ? Is it because American journalist accused of Spinach , facing twenty years ? Seems likely . But they want to provoke an early reaction from the Armed forces, which I think should not happen
Ukros should be obliged to charge the frontline, and they should be decimated in defensive positions - don't give them the luxury of fighting our forces on the defensive
Make them come forward to the lines which are prepared to absorb them
Until then, crank on the bakhmut meat grinder, force them to make a move

Kiev has denied responsibility for the terror attack.
Seems like the suspect is a 40-year old Ukrainian woman, Maria Yarun (nee Garvanko) and that she was herself injured in the blast and is now in custody at the hospital.
Will be interesting to see what she says.
