A normal cafe in city would barely accommodate 20 people. A village one would be much less. Numbers of 100 are urban
mall levels. Who is hanging out in cafes in this region?

Civilians do die in wars . Striking important targets can not stop and be completely without civilian casualties . The strike in Syria , just now , on Army training base killing 100 recruits by " terrorists ," is proof of the reports that a military training base in Ukraine was indeed hit in this village ! NATO , simply reciprocating or mirroring . Well not quite , to mirror this incident , they would have had to launch a missile strike directly , and take credit ! Why hide ?

Chronicle of a special military operation: events of October 5, 2023 .

Ukrainian formations carried out a combined attack on the border of the Kursk region.

Multiple damages to houses and cars were recorded in Rylsk. One woman received shrapnel wounds.

The populated areas of the Belgorod region again came under UAV attacks and artillery shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As a result of the attacks, civilian infrastructure, residential buildings, cars and power lines were damaged.

In the Starobelsky direction, Russian units are developing success on the right bank of the Zherebets River.

Media: another ship hit a mine off the coast of Romania

The incident occurred yesterday near the mouth of the Danube - 11 nautical miles north of Sulina (a port city in eastern Romania). This was reported by the British maritime safety company Ambrey.

It is noted that the vessel (Kafkametler) was Turkish and received minor damage. MarineTraffic ship tracking data shows that Kafkametler was anchored on the Danube near the Ukrainian terminal in Vilkovo.

Ukraine is highly militarised society, there will be soldiers and civilians everywhere. Some of the leave, some hiding and so on. Regards the strikes, it seems to be that maybe VIP was the target, no one would waste missile on random civilians
