I do like the idea of SPG-9M, then again who knows if they changed Krasnopol from basebleed to rocket assisted
These strikes seem to be laser aimed... the drones appear to be marking targets to be hit.
SPG-9M with a laser seeking homing head would explain this, but I think it would probably be moving faster than the missile shown in the video.
As a special forces weapon using a laser homing round that can be marked by drone would be an excellent precision weapon for special forces but the angle the missile came in at suggests to be it wasn't lofted to max range as you would expect for such ammo... not need getting close enough to direct fire range and risk getting shot.
Krasnopol would have made a much bigger boom too I think and both base bleed and rocket assisted are designed to maximise range and would be coming in on target with no propulsion operating I would suspect and at a much steeper angle... diving on the target.
But what about Odessa ? The war makes it impossible for different communities to live at peace . Mixing may now not happen in the short to medium term .
They put up with Nazis for ten years and stood by and did nothing while pro Russian groups were persecuted and even murdered... they will do as they are told.
This may take a bit longer than 2024 , a date set not long ago for the end of the SMO in Ukraine .
No deadlines... they need to get this right and to do that they need to take as long as they need...
There was a vid revealed at the same time, showing airborne troopers using older generation ATGMs for taking down strongpoints from a close support range of 2000 m. Fagots, for the case, calling them old, good and reliable stuff.
I wouldn't seek for more here.
Normally I would agree but when each round hits the aim point in the drones optics it tends to suggest laser target marking and laser homing munitions.
It is a question, but not a burning one... they have a wide range of older weapons that could do this job, but AFAIK no laser spot homing types.
I have looked at the video again and some of the hits don't have missiles with running motors flying up to the impact point... just dirt being blown up into the air which probably are Krasnopol rounds with the drone marking the targets for them.
The last hit looks like Krasnopol.
