My take: He is just a deputy of Shoigu.

This is the image of the Ukrainian suicide UAV used to target Russian territory, that was destroyed by a pre-emptive strike by Russia.
What is worth mentioned here is that these UAVs are small targets with very high hit-and-run mobility and low tactical value. Striking such targets require a very accurate and very rapid speed of reaction and response, i.e. the vital data about the accurate location of the targets for Russian strike team must be provided only seconds after the order for striking is promulgated, which is a very tough challenge.
In the past, Russian responding speed suffered from many challenges in dealing with such targets. For example, it was a very tough mission for Russia to timely retaliate against the hit-and-run HIMARS, as the scout team usually could not have proper equipments for retaliation immediately when they detected HIMARS and the secrecy for Russian orders to mobize retaliation forces was usually compromised by the Ukrainian sides, allow the Ukrainians to relocate their HIMARS before Russia could timely strike.
Which mean, at the moment, Russian retaliation speed is much quicker and much more efficient, many redundant steps may have been eliminated. Moreover, secrecy is also better guaranteed, probably may be associated with the apprehension of the former Director of the Encryption Department recently.
It is worth to note that the USA acknowledged that SAS and SBS special agents of UK has been in active in Ukraina. Other sources acknowlegded that USA agents are, too. The Western presence in Ukraina with their expertise in gathering intelligence and data of location of Russian units may be a valuable assets for Ukraina striking and artillery forces, which partly explain why Russian suffered a certain level of losses and challenges in 2022.

More Ukrainian refugees in Germany should take up work, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said over the weekend, promising that this would secure their right to stay as fewer than two in 10 are currently employed.
Germany is the EU country that has taken in the most Ukrainian refugees, about a third of the total, or 1,300,000 people. However, according to the Polish Economic Institute, only about 18% were employed in January 2024, one of the lowest rates in the OECD.

So all the lazy, pro Nazi Ukrainian whores and bums went to the EU and the normal, hard-working people went to Russia? Clearly, victory in the special military operation must be coupled with total improvement of the army in general, and also the economic and logistic basis that sustain the army. If not, the accomplishment of the operation will be for naught.
Currently, the total area will be 300 km2? The Russians captured more territory in a few days than Ukraine did with full NATO support in 4 months of its offensive.
