Why should they ? Similar to Trump, Harris also makes anti-immigrant rhetoric and project about building border fences to attract the voters.

It is noteworthy to say that illegal immigrants is one of the source of income and manpower for countries like USA. By illegal does not mean they participate in narcotic factories or gangster wars or something, they just did normal productive jobs at lower wages and no social welfare due to their illegal living. Trump and Harris's anti-immigrant agenda are just hollow slogan to win voters and put blame to immigrants.

Better not, until the horizon clears up.

Peskov: Putin will not congratulate Trump on his victory, by Alexandra Yudina for VZGLYAD. 11.06.2024.

President Vladimir Putin does not intend to congratulate Donald Trump on his election victory due to the unfriendly policies of the United States, said the head of state's press secretary Dmitry Peskov.

According to him, the Russian president does not plan to congratulate Trump on his victory in the presidential election, since the Kremlin's position is linked to the fact that the United States is an unfriendly country, TASS reports .

“I am not aware of the president’s plans to congratulate Trump on the elections,” Peskov said.

The Kremlin spokesman also attributed the optimism of Russian politicians over Trump's victory to his peaceful aspirations. According to him, although Trump made tough statements during the election campaign, he also spoke about his intentions to end the policy of old and new wars.

In addition, the presidential press secretary added that Putin remains open to dialogue with the United States. Peskov noted that this is a consistent position and recalled Putin's words and his readiness for contacts. However, he stressed that the issue of a telephone conversation with Trump can only be discussed after specific actions.

Earlier, Ursula von der Leyen congratulated Trump on his election victory . Volodymyr Zelensky also congratulated Trump, expressing hope for a personal meeting to discuss strategic partnership and support for Ukraine.

French President Emmanuel Macron also sent his congratulations, expressing his readiness for further cooperation . In addition, Chancellor Olaf Scholz congratulated Trump on his election as US President, emphasizing the importance of cooperation with Washington for the prosperity of both countries.

Top Democrats have utilized direct appeals to these [minority] communities in an attempt to convince them to vote Harris.

Leading groups in the Palestine solidarity movement have responded directly to such statements.

In response to this accusation, we remind Democrats who is to blame if Donald Trump is declared winner of the presidential election. It is the Biden-Harris administration and the Democratic establishment, not our communities, who will be to blame if Trump wins,” said the Palestinian Youth Movement in a statement.

It is the Biden-Harris administration who chose to continue sending billions of dollars in weapons to slaughter our people. It is Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and the Democratic Party, not our communities, who chose to ignore the public polls which showed that the masses across this country oppose this genocide.”

Lebanese-American Journalist Rania Khalek spoke to Arab American voters in Dearborn, Michigan, ahead of the election. Many of these voters were also Lebanese, and had been personally impacted by Israeli aggression in Lebanon.

If Kamala Harris loses, that sends a strong message that she did not do enough to earn the pro-peace voters’ votes,” said Lebanese-American Micho Assi, who at the time of her interview was not sure who she would end up voting for. “And that’s on her.”

Multiple third party candidates, which include leftist scholar Cornel West as well as Stein and De la Cruz, have issued agreements with the goal of maximizing the impacts of their campaigns—a powerful step towards building an alternative to the two-party system.

According to Gallup, 63% of US adults agree that both major establishment parties are doing such “such a poor job” of representing the people of the US that “a third major party is needed.”

Democrats Blame Biden for Loss, CNN Reports, 11.06.2024.

CNN: Some US Democrats Blame Biden for Harris' Defeat.

MOSCOW, November 6 - RIA Novosti. A number of Democrats in the United States are blaming the current US President Joe Biden for the defeat of their candidate Kamala Harris in the election, CNN reports, citing a senior representative of Harris's election campaign.

"Biden will bear a large share of the blame for this... And, frankly speaking, rightfully so," the TV channel quotes him as saying.

As the channel notes, party officials are making a "myriad" of accusations against Biden because of Trump's election victory: in particular, Democrats blame Biden for his initial decision to seek re-election and his long stay in the presidential race despite the concerns of many in his party about him, which is why Harris had to conduct an "unusually truncated campaign."

Been sometime, been busy here is some updates

They have won the house, the senate, SCOTUS IS PRO REP.

trump has won the popular and electoral vote.

I don't think any candidate in US history has won this hard. The man can literally push through whatever he wants now

Ukraine is now freaking out, due to the fact Trump is notorious for not being able to be controlled and if they don't do what he wants, he will pull support for them which will doom them.

The military has pulled some stuff back already, seeing how Trump is. As it is only our support that keeps them alive.

Trump is going to push for peace in Ukraine, if the russians talk to him or not remains to be seen, but Putin has said he was "open to talking with us" already

Trump is the kind of guy who will give up something to get something, so if Putin is honestly interested in a deal. trump's the only real guy he can do it with.

I do know from the last meeting Zelen had with Trump, Zelen was unhappy that Trump wasn't willing to blindly support him like Biden was.

All in all this could be good or bad for the russians. Hard to say, If Zelensky refuses to listen, Trump will ditch Ukraine and leave it to the russians but this is merely one of a few different possibly outcomes

Trump’s win is a victory for the non-brainwashed Americans, by Rachel Marsden, a columnist, political strategist and host of independently produced talk-shows in French and English, for RT. 11.06.2024.

US voters have proven they can still judge reality by what it is, despite all of the establishment’s efforts.

Blowout alert! I guess average Americans don’t like being infantilized. At least Trump trusted them to be able to take a joke, unlike his opponents.

So when’s Liz Cheney’s date with the firing squad already? Are we done yet with the anti-Trump fake news now that the majority of voters see through it? Probably not, huh?

With the exception of those in a handful of states, Americans united to send former US President Donald Trump back to the White House and handed him carte blanche with Republican control of the Senate and likely the House as well. Not bad for a guy the establishment tried to brand as the reincarnation of Hitler. Did Hitler also have giant Israeli flags at his Madison Square Garden rally? Or hang out at the Jewish wall in Israel or with Hebrew-inscribed tablets in a yarmulke? That should have been the Democrats’ first sign that their branding attempt was off. Yet, just like the fitting title of the upcoming Harris biography co-authored by Chelsea Clinton: She Persisted.

Maybe next time, instead of persisting with their idiocy, they’ll come up with an actual agenda and a candidate who addresses questions and issues on point rather than punting them in favor of talking points and platitudes that leave voters guessing as to what to even expect if ever elected – beyond the usual establishment status quo, which, of course, sucks. Just ask the overwhelming majority of Americans who say that the country is headed in the wrong direction.

Presumably, the Democrats figured that they could make a whole campaign about abortion rights – against a guy who, frankly, doesn’t actually seem too interested in the topic, which was recently re-opened by the courts. It’s telling that, according to CNN exit polls, Harris won the female vote by five points less than Biden did in 2020 and three points less than even Hillary Clinton did against Trump in 2016, when abortion wasn’t even an issue.

Certain categories of voters really capture the story of this election. The first is white women with college degrees, 11% more of whom voted for Harris than for Biden in 2020. Institutional establishment brainwashing and virtue signaling apparently works more effectively on well-formatted brains, female or otherwise. The message from the party hacks and their celebrity surrogates was that abortion was really all that should matter to women, reducing them to one-dimensional caricatures of actual human beings. But it turns out that many more women than they figured don’t like being talked down to and treated as little more than a walking uterus – even by other women. Which would explain why white women with no degree voted overwhelmingly for Trump by 25 points over Harris, and even voters of color with no degree, generally considered a lock by Democrats, still voted by 14 points less for Harris than for Biden four years ago.

The youngest voters, aged 18-29, who you’d figure would be most directly affected by reproductive rights issues, either as women themselves or their white-knighting male counterparts who were constantly told by Democrats that they had to cast their vote primarily in support of the reproductive rights of the women in their life, actually ended up shifting their vote to Trump by 11 points compared to 2020.

The bottom line is that women living real lives with a multitude of concerns and interests don’t like being paternalized, which is what the Democrats constantly do. Just because it’s a woman and her surrogates who are doing the talking down to them, doesn’t make it any more appealing. It just makes you a useful idiot of the patriarchal establishment – the same one that’s trying to emotionally manipulate women’s electoral choices to maintain the status quo that disadvantages women in every other possible way that actually matters to all of their lives, from cost of living to foreign wars in which their sons are sent to die and other countries’ sons are subjected to the same. All so Uncle Sam can turn a profit. It’s the guy you keep calling a misogynist who wants to take him on.

Speaking of pricey wars, CNN exit polls also show that about two-thirds of voters say the economy is bad even compared with 2020, when the country was grappling with the fallout from the Covid fiasco. That shift benefited Trump. It’s no wonder when he’s the same guy who’s made it clear that he wants to square away foreign wars and focus on the American economy. He’s even suggested that he’d rather just strongarm allies into outright buying American weapons with their own money, threatening to kill off NATO if they don’t rather than ginning up actual war (or persist with the current ones) as a way to justify spending increasingly more of America’s own tax money as the Biden administration has done.

Harris has said nothing to suggest that she’s in any position to challenge the establishment machine that’s been running the country since Biden’s been doing his Weekend at Bernie’s routine and would have remained largely in place with a Harris victory. And while Trump may not have all the answers, at least he’s expressed a clear will. In that sense, he mirrors voters themselves, who mostly don’t know what the answers are – just that they know things must change.

The bottom line is that while Trump was trash talking everyone from neocons like Liz Cheney and her Iraq War architect father, the illustrious Dick, both of whom came out in favor of Harris, he was saying what average people fed up with war were actually thinking. But establishment virtue signalers cynically tried to capitalize on his choice of vivid rhetoric to suggest that he’d go full-blown Benito Mussolini on his opponents if he got back into office. Just like the last time that he was in office for a whole four years, I guess? The only one actually taking any gunshots to the head has been Trump.

It also turns out that people like a good laugh, still know what a joke is, and aren’t buying into the Democrat and establishment hysteria that takes people for idiots in pretending not to. Democrats and their proxies were convinced that a joke by a professional comedian about Puerto Rico at a late-campaign Trump rally would tank the Latino vote. Instead, Trump ended up winning it among Latino men by ten points. And even Latina women shifted to Trump in this election by 15 points compared with 2020.

America isn’t divided. At least not as much as we’ve been led to believe. Normal, average, non-brainwashed people of all stripes, who can still judge reality by what they see and experience in their daily life rather than what they’re told to think by the establishment’s Hollywood and corporate media minstrels and court jesters, have fully availed themselves of the opportunity to express themselves in the most democratic way possible. And their message is that Trump isn’t the radical – the establishment is.

The silent majority that feels increasingly marginalized, if not outright censored, has found a voice in Trump that resonates with their own. Now it’s the establishment’s turn to spend the next four years figuring out what they can do to actually serve the average voter rather than spending all their time indulging themselves and their attempts to leverage America’s diversity to divide it self-servingly.

Some US Democrats Blame Biden for Harris' Defeat.

It is always someone elses fault with these people... no wonder the lost... I am just surprised about the tiny margin. Trump might have won most of the seats but the margin was never significant... we are not talking more than 5% each way... that is bugger all difference really.

Trump is going to push for peace in Ukraine, if the russians talk to him or not remains to be seen, but Putin has said he was "open to talking with us" already

Ironically Putin has all the cards and he knows it... Trump will try for a deal of the century but at the end of the day if he doesn't meet the Russian requirements then there is no real need for Russia to agree to anything at all. They are winning and when winter comes there are going to be a lot of Ukrainians migrating west for the winter which the EU is going to struggle with.

If Putin refuses to give any concessions to Trump so Trump can claim he is the master negotiator, Trump has threatened to flood the Ukraine with weapons and money, but that is not going to change much... it will just have more money disappear and more full warehouses to blow up for the Russian missiles they ran out of two years ago.

For Putin, no deal is better than a bad deal because the Ukrainian military is not a huge distance from collapse, and when they start to draft women and put them in the rear area jobs and all those men who have been hiding from the front line all this time suddenly get their orders to head to the front line the chances of internal rebellion become much bigger because many of these men are trained and have seen exactly what is really happening but were OK with it because they were relatively safe away from the front line.

Orders into the meat grinder might lead to a change of heart... plus a massive loss of income for these people likely getting paid to turn a blind eye to people with money who should be at the front line. Will these people get the same deal with the women...

Trump is the kind of guy who will give up something to get something, so if Putin is honestly interested in a deal. trump's the only real guy he can do it with.

The only real chance of a decent peace deal would be with Trump, but will Biden beat him to it and offer all the concessions Putin wants to seal a peace deal before Trump gets into office...

Who knows. Trump ripped up all sorts of agreements.... but then plenty have been ripped up before and after his first term too... what sort of agreement is even possible with the US?

Maybe just continue to shred the Ukrainians and let this winter finish them off.

I do know from the last meeting Zelen had with Trump, Zelen was unhappy that Trump wasn't willing to blindly support him like Biden was.

Zelensky is not happy with anyone even suggesting that Russia keep the Crimea...

Z is probably not a happy man right now...

All in all this could be good or bad for the russians.

I don't agree. Putin is in a position where he can take or leave a deal with Trump. Trump has put himself into a different position where he might have to escalate to get what he wants and we wont know how the Russians will take that. Trump is like most stupid Americans and thinks force and bluster is the way to get things done, but Putin isn't scared of the US or Trump. If Trump increases money to Kiev not much will change because there is no ammo or weapons left for them to buy with it, plus the level of corruption means the money will disappear without doing very much to help anyone but those in the west and the Ukraine who are stealing it.

If westerners weren't getting a cut of the loot this conflict would not be happening. Much of the loot went to the Biden family and the main reason Trump isn't pro Zelensky is because he likely hasn't been getting much of the take.... the bidens seem to be greedy and not sharing it around with the republicans. Pelosi and Clintons are clearly getting shares...

The US hasn't got weapons and ammo to flood to Kiev... what they do have is going to Israel and Taiwan and Trump will want more going to Taiwan and Israel because he sees Iran as a country he can bully and China as the real threat to the US.

If he pulled all US support to Kiev the EU would struggle for a month or two and then fold too... a bit like Afghanistan where the EU said it would stay and then left when the US left because the US pays for all their logistics and support.

Hard to say, If Zelensky refuses to listen, Trump will ditch Ukraine and leave it to the russians but this is merely one of a few different possibly outcomes

Or he could order Zelensky be removed and replaced with a more reasonable leader... they need elections anyway because Z is currently illegal.

Yet, just like the fitting title of the upcoming Harris biography co-authored by Chelsea Clinton: She Persisted.

It is amusing that so many equate Israel with being anti hitler and anti nazi... their treatment of the Palestinians is right out of the nazi playbook... the only thing missing is the gas chambers for the final solution.

Trump won all the swing states and got 312 electoral votes, 11.10.2024.

Republican Donald Trump won the US presidential election in Arizona, the last state where the outcome was still unknown. He received 11 electoral votes and strengthened his result to 312 votes nationwide, with 270 needed to win. Democrat Kamala Harris received 226 votes in the election.

    https://thenextrecession.wordpress.com/2024/11/09/us-election-2024-inflation-immigration-and-identity

The biggest caveat to Trump’s voting victory is that, contrary to the usual hype of a ‘massive voter turnout’, fewer Americans eligible to vote bothered to do so compared to 2020. Then over 158m voted, this time the vote was down to 153m. The voter turnout of those eligible fell to 62.2% from the high of 65.9% in 2020.

The total number of Americans of voting age in 2024 is 265m. But over 42% of Americans of voting age did not do so. Partly this was because the number of Americans who failed to register rose to 19m from 12m in 2020 (this includes the prison population who are disenfranchised and those who found it difficult to register or did not bother.) So although Trump got over 50% of those who voted, he actually got only 28% support of Americans of voting age. Nearly three out of four Americans did not vote for Trump. Harris polled under 27%. The real winner of the election was (yet again) the ‘no vote’ party. The ‘no voters’ were 38% of the eligible vote and 42% of those of voting age. The difference in the 2024 election was that while Trump got about the same number of votes in 2024 as he did in 2020, Harris lost over 10m votes compared to Biden in 2020.

In my analysis of the 2020 election, I concluded that “Biden won because America’s ethnic minorities overcame the white majority. Biden won because younger Americans voted for Biden sufficiently to overcome Trump majorities among older voters. Biden won because working class Americans voted for him in sufficient numbers to overcome the votes of the small town business-people and rural areas.”

This time none of those things happened. This time, the vote majorities that Biden got in 2020 among ethnic minority voters, women, young people, city dwellers and college graduates weakened sharply for Harris, while Trump’s support among white males (and females) without college degrees rose by more than enough. Indeed, in just about every demographic group, Trump gained from 2020.

Biden and Harris crowed about a vibrant, healthy, low unemployment US economy, better than anywhere else. But sufficient American voters were not convinced of this message coming from the so-called ‘liberal elite’, given their own experience. They reckoned they were losing out because of high prices and costs, precarious jobs and uncontrolled immigration that threatened their livelihoods, while the rich and educated in Wall Street and in the mega hi-tech companies made billions.

Of course, Trump won’t change any of that – on the contrary, his pals and financial backers are a bunch of rogue billionaires who look to gain yet more riches from cuts in taxes and deregulation of their activities.

People who don't vote either don't care or don't think their vote will matter. Having such an enormous number of people in that group is shocking if you want to claim the greatest democracy in the world.

Clearly they need more options... Imagine of Kennedy and Gabbard had their own independent party... a lot of the people who couldn't bring themselves to vote for Karmala because she has proven incompetent and not very smart over the last four years as VP, but also didn't want to support Trump would love a third option.

I think Musk supported Trump because he was the lessor of two evils. Beezos didn't endorse Harris but also didn't endorse Trump either.

But the core problem with supporting an independent is that when they go to congress or the senate they will have democrats and republicans voting against them just following party lines so they wont be able to get anything done and then afterwards the two parties allowed to rule in the US will say it was a wasted vote not picking the two flavours of icecream. The problem is that the two flavours on offer are not very nice, and when they fail time and time again to fix anything, it makes you wonder why an alternative isn't chosen just to show the country is sick of this bullshit.

And that is what I think happened... the media and celebrities supported Harris no matter what and the countries voters thought F U... I voting Trump.... across the board in every area of government.

And now the democraps are having a meltdown.
