Analysis of satellite images shows that two halls in the important site of Shahroud have been targeted. One hall on the north side and another hall in the center of Shahroud complex. The second hall is one of the oldest in Shahroud site and is used to prepare solid fuel for ballistic missiles and SLVs.

According to the available information, at 04:16 am on Saturday, several hostile projectiles were intercepted over the Chahe Jam area of Shahroud, and two projectiles hit the halls after passing through the air defense layers.

Here, like in Parchin and Khojir, we don't see big explosions and fires. In fact, a week before the attack, an order had been issued to evacuate important equipment.

The Shahroud Military Complex includes the Shahroud Space Center and the missile test site and is considered a key center for Iran's space program, especially the development of solid fuel rocket boosters.

    Shahroud site coordinates: 36.2342, 55.2823

The distance between the Shahroud site and the western border of Iran is about 900 km. Some believe that Israel may have used an unknown drone to target Iran's facilities, which, of course, considering the distance and time required for the return of the drone, seems unlikely, unless the drone used the Caspian Sea airspace to launch missiles.
But another suspicion is that Israel has used the Blue Sparrow missile (Golden Horizon), which was mentioned in the leaked Washington documents and has a range of about 2000 km, with a light warhead.

The bold attack on the important and strategic site of Shahroud and the threat to Iran's space program prove once again that the True Promise 3 with the aim of destroying the missile and military infrastructure of Israel must be implemented.

🇮🇷/🇮🇱 Satellite images revealed that a Ghadir early-warning radar was targeted in the Ilam province. This radar station is located 12 kilometers southwest of Ilam city.

Ghadir or Qadir early-warning radar with a range of 1100 km and capable of tracking targets to a height of 300 km. The radar has the ability to detect air targets, stealth aircraft, cruise and ballistic missiles, and low-orbit (LEO) satellites.

The strategic position of this radar and its long range is a vital capability and is considered an important piece of the puzzle of the country's integrated defense system.

Iran has a large number of these radars in different parts of the country and it is easy to replace them; However, the plan of this round of attacks by the Israeli regime and its accomplice, the US, to blind this point and create a hole in the mentioned air defense layer, is of great importance and must be carefully examined.

There should be no doubt that the F-16CJ/DJ Block 50/52 of the 480th Fighter Squadron that the US brought to the region on the night of the attack (https://t.me/iswnews/60198) have played a role in suppressing Iranian radars and air defenses in Ilam and Khuzestan.

🇮🇷/🇮🇱 New dimensions of the combined attack on the strategic site of Shahroud are emerging. According to this account, which claims to live in the north of the region (probably in the city of Shahroud), a missile or a drone was moving from north to south and hit the Shahroud military site.

The angle of the image, the mountains and smoke from the Shahroud military site almost confirm the correctness of the claim.

In any case, if this story is true, the hypothesis that was said in the previous text about the entry of the projectile from the north and the Caspian Sea will be strengthened, and that is where the accusing finger will be pointed at the Baku government!

🇮🇷 Iran's Bavar-373 Missile Defense System Shocks World Media

Iran's Bavar-373 air defense system has captured the attention of global media for its effectiveness, which exceeded all expectations during the Israeli terrorist attack on Iran.

Using advanced radars and advanced Sayad-4 missiles, the system is capable of intercepting and destroying attack drones and missiles with unprecedented precision. The Bavar-373 can simultaneously track 200 targets and covers up to 450 km.

This is one of the best defense systems in the region and the world, which has raised Iran's defense capability to a fundamentally new level.

🇮🇷| BREAKING: Iran's Defense Minister says Iran will respond to Israel, adding that even if Israel had fired a single bullet into a desert, it would not be tolerated.

He also said the enemy tried to damage our defensive capabilities as well as our offensive. However, it hasn’t been so successful in its objectives. The ones Israel has inflicted damage to, were capabilities with domestic production/knowledge, in one instance we were able to replace one air defensive system the next day.

Missile capabilities & production remain unaffected, any claims suggesting otherwise are false.

To a question of a reporter, the minister responds that no fighter jets entered Iranian airspace.

🇮🇷Mad:🇮🇱 — Another video has just been published from the 1st Oct 2024 Iranian attack on Israel showing the Iranian missiles target the Israeli capital of Tel Aviv with 7 missiles bypassing presumably the Arrow-3 defense system which can be seen self-destructing in the air failing to intercept any missiles.

Yes . It is not about Iran immediate , but long term survival  , more importantly Iranian allies immediate survival  . Iran as well as protecting itself , must protect it's allies . It needs two things : ( 1 ) An effective and visible minimal nuclear deterrence . ( 2 ) A land army to blockade and  invade Israel .

Whether Iran does this or not , depends on internal Iranian politics , not Iran physical or technical capability  . Iranian politics are a function of Iranian political culture and those in power . Since a large minority right wing , and somewhat pro-western group hold power , then national interest is not a priority , but group interests .

Analysts both Eastern and western , and for their national investment ,  like to point out a Rosy picture for Iran : Look Iran was not damaged . Look Iran is winning . Look Israel destroying itself . Look Hizb Allah winning . Look Hamas winning .

The reality ? Gaza destroyed . Lebanon being destroyed . And Israel ? Yes a million left , but they can return to their homes . There are no homes to return to for Gazans or Lebanese .

    Iran is a joke.

They made alliances with Syria, the Lebanese Hezbollah, the Iraqi Shiites, the Yemeni Houthis and were more than happy to reap the rewards that these ties bring. But when the rubber meets the road they are mostly MIA while their allies get pounded to the dust. Instead you can find them at the back shooting potshots like cowards.

The best part is they are extremely proud of their bombastic nothingburger strikes that don`t even destroy anything important. A single day during deep strike season in Ukraine causes more damage but the Russians don`t give each strike pretentious names like True Promise of whatever. Razz

⚡| 🇮🇷🇮🇱 WATCH: Iran’s YJC (Young Journalists Club) published a video simulation of the Israeli aggression against Iran.

The video states 100 Israeli jets started the offensive from 3 airfields, with F-16s supporting other war planes. The US extensively backed up Zionists air force with reconnaissance drones, air tankers.

US bases in Persian Gulf Arab states jammed Iranian radars & satellites.

Israeli jets passed Syria’s airspace & entered Iraq; without getting near Iran’s borders fired Blue Sparrow, ROCKS and Air Lora missiles into Iran.
Strikes happened in 3 waves against Tehran, Ilam, Khouzestan provinces and city of Shahroud.

First wave of 🇮🇱 attack struck 🇮🇷 radar & air defense systems in Ilam, Khouzestan. Second wave targeted Parchin & a missile base in Tehran.
3rd wave hit missile industries (unspecified where)

Still unclear how Shahroud missile facility was hit. Quadcopters were also used in Tehran.

Iran’s Mig-29 war planes, F-14s and F-4s managed to intercept some missiles. Iranian-made Meraj radar systems (معراج) identified Israel’s missiles, Bavar-373 & 15th-Khordad air defense batteries successfully shot down a number of 🇮🇱 missiles.

The simulated video claims 84 🇮🇱 missile entered Iran, out of which, 70 to 78 were intercepted by Iran’s air defenses & war planes, while between 6 and 14 struck their targets. 68 missiles were intercepted (or fell down) in Iraq, without reaching Iran at all.

From 84 🇮🇱 missiles that were fired into Iranian territory, 9 were specifically zoomed into Tehran, out of which 8 were intercepted while 1 didn’t reach the city.

➡That’s why nobody heard or saw any missile in the sky of Tehran. Quadcopters could have also inflicted damage in some sites.

🇮🇷 During Israel’s recent attack on Iranian soil, Iran showcased a special air defense system that created a protective barrier against incoming hostile objects and drones.

Though Iran has yet to introduce its own unique air defense system, here (video 2) is a good explanation of the very rounds fired to protect against incoming swarms of hostile drones. A replica of German defense system Rheinmetall, Iranian air defense technologies were not what they were expected to be by the US and Israeli military officials. US and Israeli military officials think the Russian S-300 air defense systems are Iran’s main line of defense, they were in for a surprise 😏

How woukd a mig-29 or f-14 intercept ballistic missiles ? As dumb as the 90% interception rates of the israeli. But still far from the 110% of the ukro air defence lol1 .

Some posts are not very credible.
Among the Iranians, there are also delusional ones.
Besides, many accounts are from pro-Western Iranians.
Then, there are the "pro-Russian" accounts that are quite gullible (not to say favorable) with the information from Israel and do not give as much credit to the information that comes from the Islamist, Persian or Arab side.
I do not believe everything I publish. Sometimes I do, to show the versions that are circulating.
The concrete information is that Israel carried out an attack with some planes, launching missiles from Iraq.
Then it is said that some were launched from the Persian Gulf and there are even versions that some came from Azerbaijan.
The planes did not enter Iranian territory, and most of the missiles were shot down. Those that arrived caused very little damage.
It is even said that in many cases, they were not missiles, but drones that were launched from Iranian territory, by groups opposed to Zionism.

    Cool

Highly secret information , Iran obviously won't say . In case of Nevatim , reliable third party information , available quickly . Seems like the evil empire , displays Iranian power , but hides or diminished Israeli power . The evil empire secretly wishes to dissuade an Israeli attack . Knowing that war will damage it's interests in in the PG region . The Israelis , desperate , need a false flag that kills Americans ! Or display corpses of a few Jewish kids , killed by Iranian hypersonic on CNN .

SU 35 , in Iran ? If so then to reveal or not ? If a few tens or a hundred , then credible defence that may be  deterrence . If less than ten , then no real deterrent , better hide and use in surprise offensive to bring down F15 ?

Pretty sure the above was meant. Did Iran order Hamas to attack on 10/7/23?

Iran as well as protecting itself , must protect it's allies . It needs two things : ( 1 ) An effective and visible minimal nuclear deterrence . ( 2 ) A land army to blockade and  invade Israel .

Building a nuclear bomb would be a casus belli, so unless Iran can conceal its nukes it would have to be prepared for fullscale war. Sending troops close to israel would only be possible if Syrian/Iraqi AD was vastly strengthened, and that's a tall order. The other day there was talk of Iran tripling defense spending; not sure if that's possible with sanctions or would be effective enough if it were.

And Israel ? Yes a million left , but they can return to their homes .

They may choose not to as long as there's the specter of missile attacks. Btw scaring a million israelis away is a pretty good achievement.Smile

There are no homes to return to for Gazans or Lebanese .

They've been pounded before and rebuilt. Bibi may ultimately eliminate/drive the palestinians out though.

In 2019 they managed to down a Global Hawk from considerable distance whilst apparently a P-8 was also in close proximity, and their ballistic missiles did a fine job penetrating Israeli defenses. There is also more than enough evidence that shows multiple intercepts against the Israeli attack.

Iran's defense industry is doing just fine despite decades of sanctions. Somehow they manage to get what they need.

    Iran's Fattah-1 hypersonic missile a new threat to Israel's defence systems, 11.01.2024.

The Iranian Fattah-1 hypersonic missile, which has become a revolutionary exemplary in the country's arsenal, will be able to overcome Israel's missile defence systems, the Army Recognition portal assesses the capabilities of the weapon.

"Presented by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps [IRGC] in June 2023, Fatah-1 is Iran's first hypersonic missile, which is distinguished by its speed, accuracy and maneuverability, as well as the ability to avoid even the most advanced missile defence systems, including the Israeli Iron Dome and Arrow," the author writes.

It should be noted that the Iranian attack on Israel on October 1 demonstrated the effectiveness of Fattah missiles, which surpassed the multilayer missile defense system.

The range of the Fattah-1 is considered to be 1,400 kilometers, and the flight speed is up to Mach 15. The missile can adjust its trajectory in flight, making interception difficult. Analysts estimate that the Iranian missile carries a combat load of 350-450 kg.

In November 2023, the IRGC Aerospace Force presented the Fattah-2 cruise missile with a hypersonic glide block.

There is also more than enough evidence that shows multiple intercepts against the Israeli attack.

Iran's defense industry is doing just fine despite decades of sanctions. Somehow they manage to get what they need.

Global howk isn't a hard target to shoot down...

Their missiles penetrated but they lack precision, most ended up hitting the desert. You can see the satelitte images.

Iranian defence industry is doing good in some areas, but overall it's still very bad compared to top ones. They have drone and missile techno but the rest is almost inexistant. Their AD system have yet not been tested, 0 proof it was their local AD that shot at israeli missiles, could have been russian stuff, they have a lot of Tor and buks and some s-300. It's not their dummy stealthy F-5 that will scare anyone.

Israeli attack was more successful as they destroyed a number of radars system, AD systems and some sort of production facilities. Iranian was more impressive but they barely destroyed anything of value.

Doing just fine in keeping israeli targets safe since their missiles land 500-1000m away from target. In fact now they are scribbling precision munition on their missiles because that's how far they've come to precision strike.
