I think that only Viking (truck) is based on Kamaz-4911, smaller one is separate project from ZIL.

See the fins pop out when it is launched... this is a new model folding wing version of Kh-58... the Kh-58UShKE... designed for internal carriage on stealth aircraft.

No it is not, the X-58 is behind the external fuel tank, which gives the illusion that the fins are folded.

Ahhh, you are quite right... made worse by my crap old computer that takes about 5 seconds for the video to become smooth.
