About the 4th regiment of S-400 at Moscow:
If they start now (with the deployment at Kamchatka) to field 3 battalions with a regiment could it be that they didn't realize a re-equiment of just another regiment around Moscow but to fill up two of the existing three S-400 regiments with a 3rd battalion instead?

Yes, I actually reported on the creation of a new TEL for S-400 from a Rostec article some 6-7 months ago, and just like the article you posted it will see a cost reduction to manufacture by 25%, and increase in fuel efficiency by 35%.

Yeah, nothing about who owns what truck factories, we know that is never a big part in where defense money goes .

What evidence do you have that their isn't increased fuel efficiency, or cut in production costs, and that it's simply just back door dealing? Mutliple sources, including Rostec have been reporting this...and weren't you just lecturing people about pulling facts out their ass in some other threads?

EKR Academy in Tver start training for the S-500

the deployment pattern of S-400 in the Krasnodar Region seems to be more complicated than I thought.

There is definitely one batt. of S-400 (5P85S2 launcher) at Novorossisk 44.664209° 37.782459° with a 91N6 at  44.630720° 37.923671°.
So I expected that the second Batt of the 1537th AD RGT would have S-400 too (at 44.922545° 37.419733°).
And I was sure that the 1536 AD RGT have still two S-300PM.

But a critical review of the available sat pic changed my mind.
I think this site meanwhile has 5P85T2  46.966268° 39.333749° - the vehicles are slightly longer than 5P85T. Moreover the corresponding Big Bird site has definitely 91N6 47.085656° 39.609187° - the truck cabin is more 3.5m than 5.3m. And I'm almost sure that this stuff is SA-22 46.969411° 39.338261° !
On the other hand the second Batt of 1536 AD RGT has still S-300PM  47.290497° 39.446567°.

So the overall number of Battalions did not change in this consideration but the number of S-400 RGTs.
It seems that 1536 and 1537 got each just one S-400 Btn and not the full complement. Much the same pattern as with the Moscow Regiments where we have just two of the Batt replaced and one still keeping S-300.
This matched with a small video clip which I saw in summer of 2014 showing some 5P85T2 deploying "forward" next to the Donbaz/Krim area.

Regimental set antiaircraft missile systems S-400 "Triumph" will be placed on the Kamchatka Peninsula, said Tuesday the press service of the Eastern Military District.

Accommodation S-400 "Triumph" in Kamchatka will more effectively meet the challenges of objects covering the Pacific Fleet, including the base of nuclear submarines in Vilyuchinsk.

"The military anti-aircraft missile regiment of troops and forces in the north-east have begun preparation for transport taken into the arms of the regimental sets of anti-aircraft missile systems S-400" Triumph "with the Kapustin Yar Kamchatka," - said in a statement.

The press service noted, more than 20 units of special equipment from the regimental kit will be loaded on the railway platforms and delivered military echelons in the Primorsky Krai, and then shipped by sea to Kamchatka.

Air defense missile system S-400 "Triumph" is intended to destroy aircraft jammers, aircraft airborne warning and control, reconnaissance aircraft, aircraft strategic and tactical aircraft, tactical, operational-tactical ballistic missiles, medium range ballistic missiles, hypersonic and other purposes modern and advanced means of air attack.

S-400 is based on the existing Russian S-300, however, has a much greater tactical and technical capabilities.

This is probably the reason why a NORAD commander (or general) just recently told
more or less.. that Russia now have the capability to become a serious threat to counter their missile forces and that if they continue at that pace, the entire US will be at serious disadvantage.

This is good to hear. The NATO clowns only respond to fear. We are now seeing how arrogant they have gotten since 1991
and the rampage they are on. Basically trying to start a war with Russia. Back in 1991 they were not so bold. Some collection
of the clowns that run NATO must have decided they can take Russia down. They need to be reminded, ASAP, that they will
