Re: Agriculture and Industry killing us
Another health minefield is "super food" vegetables. I was ignorant of how bad the problem of oxalates really is. I knew they
existed and where involved with kidney stones but they are much worse. They damage mitochondria. So they are up there
with omega-6 as essentially cancer agents.

Stay away from spinach, chard, almonds, rhubarb, any soy product, skins of citrus. When you consume high oxalate foods then
make sure that you also have high calcium intake at the same time. Calcium will bind the oxalate and reduce its absorption in the
gut. Another issue is some foods like pork rinds which have oxalic acid precursors and can produce a lot of oxalate depending
on your vitamin B6 levels. It is very worthwhile to listen to interviews with the nutritionist responsible for the website linked above:

How the "science" is propagated to public policy and mass media. A total distortion consisting of cherry picking and
using nearly worthless studies (correlation without proper correction for confounding factors) that are themselves
misrepresented.
All the "advice" being put out by the WHO and any of the medical associations is corrupt trash.

Do not take the line fed you by your doctor at face value. Always do research and getting a second or 10th opinion
does not save your from the racket that is modern medicine.

There is a saying in Japanese that "the mouth is the source of calamity". Clearly it is more than just in terms of words spoken and their consequences.
It is clear in what and how much is ingested.
Inflammatory mechanisms linking obesity and metabolic disease
There are currently over 1.9 billion people who are obese or overweight, leading to a rise in related health complications, including insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, liver disease, cancer, and neurodegeneration. The finding that obesity and metabolic disorder are accompanied by chronic low-grade inflammation has fundamentally changed our view of the underlying causes and progression of obesity and metabolic syndrome. We now know that an inflammatory program is activated early in adipose expansion and during chronic obesity, permanently skewing the immune system to a proinflammatory phenotype, and we are beginning to delineate the reciprocal influence of obesity and inflammation. Reviews in this series examine the activation of the innate and adaptive immune system in obesity; inflammation within diabetic islets, brain, liver, gut, and muscle; the role of inflammation in fibrosis and angiogenesis; the factors that contribute to the initiation of inflammation; and therapeutic approaches to modulate inflammation in the context of obesity and metabolic syndrome.

Anyone who trusts "the science" is dangerously ignorant. These pharmaceuticals have zero value aside from Big Pharma profits.
Nobody should ever take a statin. The problem is not LDL but glycation and oxidation of LDL. But the same syndrome that damages
the LDL produces the arterial wall damage (inflammation involving immune system response). Statins are like fixing a tire leak by
removing the tire. Moronic.
LDL is part of the body's response designed for survival. It is not the source of disease. It is a common theme in established
medical dogma to blame natural processes instead of artificial ones. Admitting that the latter are responsible costs some corporate
mafia the opportunity to make money.

Re: Agriculture and Industry killing us
Never listen to nutritionists and dieticians. They are nothing but shills and/or ignorant liars. Anyone not aware of the metabolic
processes involved but spouts off about what is good or bad food is a liar.
Note how NIH spreads misinformation. Then it conducts offshored gain of function research that gave us covid and likely will give
us many more plandemic viruses.

Trust the "science". Also, grow more sugar since it is heart healthy and saves the planet.

Plant "antioxidants" are actually pro-oxidants and what is beneficial is the transient glutathione production to deal with them.

Re: Agriculture and Industry killing us
Don't let some Big Pharma shill "doctor" panic you over high LDL. With the right sort of diet (low carb, ketogenic) it
is actually very good for you. Since you have reduced glycation, the heart disease association breaks down.
The use of the terms "good" and "bad" for cholesterol is criminally retarded.

Statins are the modern equivalent of blood letting. Primitive, pretentious non-medicine.

LDL is "bad" for you. What is bad for you is the medical advice and medicine spread by the fake stream media whoring for Big Pharma.

All established medicine from the USA should be questioned. It is corrupted with corporate money and based on pure fraud.
