Well spotted Ivan, that tug can be tracked whilst the warships generally can't. Your link plus this one should enable tracking all the way south. The transponder doesn't seem to be on all the time and its useful to hit the 'show track' button.

They clearly do have an agreement otherwise I doubt the TAF would have even been allowed into Syrian Airspace in the first place.
