There was a video from a russian TV crew onboard Soobrazitelny, filming the launch of 9M96 missiles against a surface target, then the reporter showed the Redut silo with the 4 9M100 missile launch tubes inside. It seems this is the standard Redut silo.

The weird thing is that the redut launchers we have seen show the 9M96 missile tube being the same size as these 9M100 tubes appear to be, which is very strange...

    Project 20380(5): Steregushchy Corvette #2 - Page 14 5c614310

This is the 9M96 launch tube in Redut... it looks smaller than the 9M100 tubes in the image you posted, but we know on the land based S-350 that for each of the 12 9M96 launch tubes the TEL has you can instead load four 9M100 missiles for a total of up to 48 missiles ready to fire.

Even on the UKSK launchers which are bigger than Redut it seems to only allow four 9M100 missiles to be loaded per tube:

    Project 20380(5): Steregushchy Corvette #2 - Page 14 Tpk1010

    it is all very strange.

Ironically the land based S-400 allows the original large calibre missile tubes be replaced by a slim quad launcher for 9M96 missiles that are clearly designed to fit into the space of the larger missile and not to be carried individually at all, so in a sense a custom four pack designed to fit into the tube space of the larger missile.

As such I would expect the 9M100 to be the same in terms of fitting into the space of the 9M96 missile tube.

    Maybe the 9M100 got bigger?

They might have added ARH for all weather day night performance?

We will have to wait a few days/weeks to get answers to some of your questions. The good thing is that the missile is now onboard a ship and at least tested there if not already deployed.

Yeah that's badass right there, those ships and any ship with redut is packing a heavy protection suite

It's a very good addition to the 20380 and Gorshkov ships

Quad 9m100 is very important for swarm defense

In the thread on VSHORADs they mentioned mini missiles essentially MANPAD sized missiles with ARH seekers for high precision that can be fired at incoming targets that are difficult for less accurate weapons to deal with.

If the incoming target is an artillery shell then such projectiles have quite thick skins and some light SAMs might lack the payload and precision to set them off.

Equally a naval gun could be firing bursts of dozens of shells in a volley, or their might be a drone swarm they have to deal with.

They referred to a US weapon, but for various reasons rejected the basic idea and proposed a Russian weapon that was heavier and had a warhead with a proximity fuse and was between 10 and 20kgs in weight, which is roughly from the same weight to double the weight of modern MANPADS like Igla or Verba, and about 10 kgs to 20kgs lighter than Kornet, or a quarter to half the weight of a Khrisanthema ATGM.

The US has SEARAM but it has IIR seeker that is not reliably all weather and is a significant fraction of the weight of a Sidewinder missile at about 75kgs.

A bank or battery of these missiles which might only be 1-1.5m long might carry 200 or 400 vertically launched missiles with ARH seekers able to hit all sorts of targets at very short range.

Something like an attack with Grad rockets for instance or coastal artillery, or a swarm of drones.

On that unofficial rendering it is pretty clear that the four 9M100s do not occupy the same tube diameter that the 9M96 does, which pretty much contradicts what we know about the land based S-350 version with 12 9M96 launch tubes that can also take 4 x 9M100 tubes in each tube... unless as I said it got bigger.

We know the 9M96 was designed to fit four to a single S-300 or S-400 large missile tube because we have seen that... maybe design requirements have made the 9M100 bigger?

There was talk of the S-350 only carrying up to 36 9M100 instead of the 48 it should be able to carry if they fit four to a tube.

MOSCOW, 13 April. /TASS/. Project 20380 missile corvette "Rezkiy" entered factory sea trials. This was reported in the press service of the Amur Shipbuilding Plant (ASZ, part of the United Shipbuilding Corporation).

"The fourth serial corvette built for the Pacific Fleet has left the commissioning base of the Amur Shipbuilding Plant in Vladivostok for sea trials. Within a few days, the shipbuilders, together with the crew, will check the operation of navigation equipment, power plants, and evaluate the controllability and stability of the corvette," the message says.
According to the NEA, the conformity of the seaworthiness, maneuverability and driving qualities of the previously approved documentation will also be checked and the reliability of the operation of the entire complex of equipment and mechanisms of the corvette will be assessed. Having successfully carried out mooring trials, the Amur shipbuilders closed almost all mooring certificates. A galley is working on the ship, the corvette crew and the NEA commissioning team are located in conditions acceptable for life and work. Last week, the ship underwent electromagnetic processing and, according to the responsible deliverer of the corvette, Razhden Baratashvili, was fully prepared for the start of sea trials.

The final stage in the construction of a serial corvette will be state tests, after which shipbuilders must transfer the ship to the Navy.

The multi-purpose patrol ship (corvette) of project 20380 "Rezkiy" was laid down at the Amur Shipyard on July 1, 2016, on the day of the 80th anniversary of the Amur Shipyard, awarded three times with orders. On July 1, 2021, the corvette left the stocks, and in November 2021 it was delivered by the Zeya transport dock to Vladivostok to prepare for testing and delivery to the customer.

Amur shipyards intends to reduce the construction time of ships to three years

As part of the Labor Productivity national project, the Amur Shipbuilding Plant plans to increase labor productivity by 48% and reduce the construction cycle of surface ships from 48 to 36 months by 2025. It is reported by Korabel.ru with reference to representatives of the enterprise.
Recall that now the Amur shipyard is completing a contract for the supply of four project 20380 corvettes to the Pacific Fleet. The Perfect, Loud and Hero of the Russian Federation Aldar Tsydenzhapov are already serving in the Navy. The last corvette of the series, "Sharp", is being tested.

In December 2020, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and Amur shipyard signed a contract for the construction of two more project 20380 corvettes and four project 20385 corvettes. In August and September 2021, the Grozny and Bravy project 20380 corvettes were laid down at Amur shipyard.

As representatives of the Amur shipyard noted, when analyzing the situation in the implementation of this contract, key problems were identified that could lead to a delay in the order.

To reduce the time spent on the production cycle without losing quality, it is necessary to increase the efficiency of individual processes and the enterprise as a whole. To this end, 11 managers of the plant were trained on the "Productivity Leaders" program, after which they developed design solutions to improve warehousing and logistics, social and living conditions for workers and incentive programs.
As a result of the implementation of all changes at the plant, the share of additional work in the cost price is expected to decrease from 27% to 12%, and the duration of the process of providing production with inventory items will decrease by 52%.

“Thanks to the training at the “Leaders of Productivity”, we have developed a roadmap to remove barriers to productivity. The unique experience of interacting with managers from other regions in cross-functional teams made it possible to look at the search for solutions from a completely unexpected angle,” said Nadezhda, Head of the Production System Development Department at ASZ Valeeva.

The program for training managerial personnel "Productivity Leaders" is implemented on the basis of the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade in partnership with the country's leading business schools and is one of the systemic support measures developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation within the framework of the national project "Labor Productivity". Currently, more than 1,100 enterprises from 71 regions of Russia are participating in the program.

SAINT PETERSBURG, April 14. / TASS /. The Sredne-Nevsky Shipyard (Petersburg, part of the United Shipbuilding Corporation) plans to build a new superstructure for the Provorny corvette in 2022, which was destroyed in the fire.

"We have signed a contract, and this year, I think, we will put it [superstructure]," - told reporters the director general of the Middle Nevsky Shipyard Vladimir Seredokho, answering a question from TASS on the timing of construction of the superstructure for the superstructure.
Fire on the corvette "Provorny" (under construction "Northern Shipyard") under construction in St. Petersburg on December 17 last year. As a result of the fire, the hull of the ship was not damaged, only the ship's superstructure is subject to dismantling. According to TASS, a source in the shipbuilding industry, the corvette may be fully restored in 2026.

Whoa first time I've for sure seen the 9m100 short range missiles and their internal configuration in the ship irl. They are quick and nimble like Tor but with ARH. Outstanding.

I wonder if the A-190 is as effective in terms of CIWS compared to the 100mm french guns and the OTO melara 76mm. Do the russians have superior prorammable airburst rounds?

I wonder if the A-190 is as effective in terms of CIWS compared to the 100mm french guns and the OTO melara 76mm. Do the russians have superior prorammable airburst rounds?

They have proximity fused airburst shells...in 57mm, 76mm, 100mm, and 130mm AFAIK and eventually we should see 152mm guns replacing shore based 130mm Bereg systems but also being fitted on new Destroyers and Cruisers.

125 rpm for the 76mm gun and 80 rpm for the 100mm gun... radio proximity fuses are used in the 76mm round... not sure about the other rounds.
