Russia needs to completely destroy Ukraine’s airforce like yesterday. Wtf. Bring in the flankers and su24-34 and destroy all of their planes
Russia still has a lot to learn and is nowhere near US operational capacity during desert storm 1991.
Almost no Iraq aircraft were flying after day 1.
Airborne forces this deep are escorted by attack helicopters and fixed wing fighters.
The fixed-wings are tasked to defeat any airborne high-speed threats. or at least contest the local airspace.
Meaning they are going to force the enemy aircraft to engage them instead.
if they slow down to target the helicopters the escorting aircraft get easy kills on them.
What you see Is an Russian SU-24 in CAS. (close air support)
Its flight lead, that is an 45 angle in front of him is dropping flares against heat-seekers.
From who?. if not MANPAD/SAM?.
He shields his wingman that is making an bomb-run.
And the picture under here?.
Yeah, i might have a boner watching at this....
airborne insertion to secure strategic objective.
This is in the chronological order of things the first picture of the two, as the fire is still raging.
Notice the simmilarity of the scaffolds and the containers.
And in the su-24 strike picture its almost burned out.
Note in the picture the Airborne troops/helicopters are still on approach, they are not in an nose-upward position to slow down.
So they are well outside the SU-24 strike. No infantry is going to run into an open area......ever.
Especially an open airport with practically zero cover.
i do not know if its inexperience bitcoin, or just wanting to share in excitement.
And while it is good footage, you misunderstand the interpretation.
Just take the time to first understand what you see, before you post.
