That's why bojo is no Winston churchill, you'll be reading about russian army while yours sits in england for a good while
I won't defend our country's involvement in Afghanistan, it was a waste of time, money and most importantly, lives.
In Irak too !
That was shit too, there's a recurring theme. Nevertheless this is whataboutery, I will happily criticise American/British and Russian foreign misadventures without distinction.

The destruction of a convoy of Chechen special forces near Hostomel on Feb. 26 officially confirmed by the President's Office.

You have to stop listening to the Kiev fake-train
If you don't see photos, vids, it hasn't happened. Chechen special forces continuously release vids. Their last one was a few hours ago. They all seem to be intact.
And a specualtive thread regarding Russian strategy

2/Here's where I will start from. The Russian armed forces have never attempted anything like this. This isn't about what kind of war they're fighting it's about what they're capable of mustering.
According to Dmitri Alperovitch
@DAlperovitch
That’s not accurate. And doesn’t explain why there is very little use of tactical bomber aviation, EW and even artillery
Maybe the real reason is the Russian military wanted this to fail from the outset because they don't agree with Putin's tarded aims?
Fact is - no-one knows. Although the idea of the Russian military sabotaging the operation is pretty naive. It's clearly going ahead as planned. Whatever that plan actually is.
Well EW they certainly don't want to use unless they have a proper conflict with NATO. Can't show all your cards
Artillery they do use - Grad and TOS fire against concentrated Ukrainian positions out in the open that don't surrender.
As for mortars, howitzers, self-propelled arty - they haven't used any of it yet.
Tactical bombers, drones, etc.. they don't use - and your guess is as good as mine
They have used Mi-28s, Ka-52s, Su-25s, Mi-24s in CAS. Su-24s in the low-altitude penetration role.

French President Emmanuel Macron asks his Belarusian counterpart Lukashenko to quickly order Russian troops to leave.
On a phone call late on Feb. 26, Macron told Lukashenko that Belarus should “refuse to be a vassal and an accomplice to Russia in the war against Ukraine.”

No.. and it was explained earlier..
because putin is a teddy bear polite moron ,and want to limit ukrainian army casualties , because he hope to convince them to join russia side.. so this is why russia is not even using 1%
of its airforce capabilities in ukraine.. aside of the show of force with hellicopters the first day..
when it comes combat jets and drones is missing its use. not a single su-34 video seen in ukraine.
so effectively putin's weakness is causing russian army lives.. if russia had very strong close air support to their convoys.. none of this ambush on their military had succeed.
Too bad Putin is not so nice in Syria.

I wonder why?

Fair point regarding imagery.
In terms of air superiority, do we know what the picture is there? Su-30SMs have been mentioned as have Su-35S but no evidence.
As for ground attack it does seem odd to not use Su-34s at all as it's not like the Russians would want to keep their strike capabilities under wrap. But again, we don't know for 100%?

For a military that understands how to use offensive support its Armoured forces don't seem to appreciate the need for dispersion.
This is now a high value target.
Not an isolated example at all.

Can the basement dwelling virgins here that suck off Putin so much defend these tactics? They don't seem great.
They're very good little britain couldnt face the taliban lmfao
Russia has lost more men in four days than we lost there in 20 years...
It's a different country and a different mission
In Syria Russia has lost less men over 6 years than it lost here in a couple of days, but so what.

Idk if Putin is really hand cuffing his guys this bad someone needs to grow a pair and tell him
Enough is enough he needs to let them fight properly.
Correct
You'd expect to see Russian Military but instead they are using enlarged version of DPR militia
Where is airforce?
Where are cruise missiles?
Where is artillery?
This is like watching Saudis fighting a war but at least Saudis are intelligent enough to use the missiles and airforce
And Russian corpses keep piling up
We should be seeing several highways of death of Ukrainian vehicles per hour but instead we have Russian convoys torched like they hired bunch of Saddam's rejects to do this for them
They shredded their economy and global status for this?
At this rate Soviet-Afghan War and fall of USSR will look like the good old days

What would it take for Russia and its allies in Belarus, Kazakhstan, and the other central Asian former Soviet Republics to expedite the formation of a Union State? I think, if Russia's aim is to put a pro Russia -or at least a friendly neutral government - in power in Kiev, permanent military bases and CSTO membership are musts.

Yes they did. They have claimed they shot down 4 in total all full of vdv paratroopers. Ghost of Kiev false. Snake island 13 dead. False they all surrendered and are alive.
Several fakes of captured Russian soldiers.
Several fakes of Ukraine women crying about men leaving to fight were from Eastern Ukraine.
Claims of 5000 Russian troops dead fake.
Claims of of Russian tank running over civil car was actually a Ukraine strela 10.
Several claims of them shooting down Russian planes were also false.
This propaganda we have never seen before honestly.
Not even the soviets lies this hard to be quite frank.

Which is just. I dunno.
If it works, it will be a hell of a dezombification dose for the Ukrainians. If not, it will end up like the 1st Chechen war.

Gotta admit, if one thing about the western governments - they have no shame.
Taking in consideration that comment is coming from a guy whose country regularly gets bitch-slapped by USA but still always like a beaten puppy provides its military for any unjustified attack the Washington comes up with.
LOL, maybe he wants to sell those Australian submarines to Byelorus. In order to spend the money to support next US war
