I have watched a very informative video few years ago, I think it was on History channel.

It was about a battle for Britain in ww2. British officiers said that Luftwaffe was really close to crush RAF, bombing British airfields and other military installations were relentless and RAF was only few weeks from total break down. But...Luftwaffe suddenly started to bomb factories, civilian buildings etc. British generals were very happy because they knew they have won the battle (according to them) at the very moment when Luftwaffe switched from military to civilian targets.

If we look today at the "strategic" conducts of ex-Ukrainian army, we can see thay are destroying civilians and civilian infrastructure from the day 1.

Obviously, they have already lost this war or special operation, from the day 1...nevermind the name.

In other words, "recruit" and send more Eastern-ish and Central Ukrainians (who are more likely to be pro-Russian) out to the front or threaten them with prison (off somewhere in the West of the country where they won't be freed at some point by Russian forces).
