Present situation around Lyman and to the north of it. It doesn't look easy atm. Ukrainians created a sizable bridgehead on left side of Oskol/Severskiy Donets.

It's not good, because if Lyman falls they have open doors to attack Lysychansk-Severodonetsk agglomeration from the north.

These slant eyed bastards cannot be trusted. They are not real friends. If I'm Russia, I would not back China on the Taiwan issue. I would be neutral. Especially if more idiotic rhetoric like this comes from Beijing.

Calm down, Russia will get all this territory back. I was skeptical before but now after the mobilization it shows Russia is serious and ready to take it to the ukronazi bastards.

The General Staff told who will be called up in the framework of partial mobilization


As part of the partial mobilization, riflemen, tankers, gunners, drivers and mechanics will be called up. This was announced on September 22 by the representative of the Main Organizational and Mobilization Department of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, Rear Admiral Vladimir Tsimlyansky.

"As part of the partial mobilization, categories of citizens who are necessary to perform tasks will be called up. These are, of course, shooters, tankers, gunners, drivers, mechanics-drivers, " he said.

At the same time, Tsimlyansky noted that as such, the order of conscription of citizens who are in reserve has not been established. However, priority is given to citizens who have suitable military accounting specialties. Thus, one of the main factors is the presence of combat experience among citizens called up from the reserve, the rear Admiral pointed out.

"As part of the partial mobilization, citizens with both officer ranks
and the ranks of private and non-commissioned officers will be called up," the representative of the General Staff added.

According to him, during the first day of partial mobilization, about 10 thousand conscripts arrived at the military commissariats independently, without waiting for a summons to be received.

Tsimlyansky also said that those citizens of the Russian Federation who are outside the country on a short trip and at the place of residence in Russia are on the military register can be called up for military service as part of a partial mobilization.

Yesterday, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on partial mobilization in Russia. The Head of State pointed out in his address to the citizens that this decision was made to protect Russia, its sovereignty, territorial integrity and ensure the security of the Russian people.

Mobilization activities began on the same day. Conscripts will be required to undergo military training. Conscription for military service will be subject only to those citizens who are in the reserve, and first of all those who served in the armed forces, have certain military accounting specialties and relevant experience.

All mobilized citizens will have the status of military personnel serving under a contract, and the corresponding level of monetary support.

In particular, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu noted that neither students of military universities nor conscripts will be affected by this process. Also, an installment plan from conscription is provided to employees of enterprises of the military-industrial complex. The Minister pointed out that Russia has a huge mobilization resource of those who have served and have combat experience-almost 25 million of them. About 300 thousand people are subject to partial mobilization.

Russia continues the special operation to protect the Donbass, which the Russian president announced on February 24. The key objectives of the special operation are to protect the DPR and LPR, as well as denazification and demilitarization of the Kiev regime. Moscow has repeatedly stressed that strikes are conducted only on military infrastructure.

The General Staff listed groups of citizens who are not subject to mobilization


Citizens who are constantly caring for a family member, or who are disabled in Group I, are not subject to conscription in the framework of partial mobilization. This was announced on September 22 by Vladimir Tsimlyansky, a representative of the Main Organizational and Mobilization Department of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces.

"The following will not be called up: reserved citizens, including employees of defense industry enterprises, citizens who are temporarily unfit for military service for health reasons, citizens who are engaged in permanent care of a family member or are disabled in Group I," Tsimlyansky said.

In addition, citizens who have four or more dependent children under the age of 16 are not subject to mobilization.

Tsimlyansky also noted that citizens whose mothers, in addition to them, have four or more children under the age of eight and raise them without a husband will not be called up.

Some Chinese officials sugarcoat their public announcements,  but there's already multiple PLAAF Y-20s flying into Moscow each week carrying something (?), there is a lot of "suspicious" train traffic, and statements by other officials that don't rhyme at all with these western-directed ditto.

More details from Russian servicemen who returned tonight from Ukrainian captivity.

Most say that they were treated relatively well, but they were psychologically pressured a lot. They fed me and gave me baths from time to time. In general, there are more or less places to keep, but there are also enough excesses.

Servicemen of the People's Militia of the DPR and LPR are practically not taken prisoner. Usually they are either killed on the spot, or already in places of temporary detention after debriefing. Three servicemen from the republics who returned from captivity were very lucky.

The toughest moments is the surrender itself. They can be beaten to death and shot. Heavily wounded are shot on the spot.

Yesterday no pilots were exchanged. Let's see if in todays batch of soldiers there will be any pilots. Apparently, Ukrainians torture pilots in captivity.

I'm just pissed off. It wasn't meant to be racist. I don't want to see Russia undermined, especially not by China. Russia has had their back and now I hear Chinese officials publicly undermining their position on Ukraine smh...It's ridiculous.

One Million? thats more men than needed unless the russians really wanna get this war done fast but still mobilize one million men takes months as all the gear for these formations need to be supplied
