ECM pod are not some dedicated feature on Russian aircraft alone, and ECM pod can be countered by HoJ feature on SAM. Missile like Kh-31/58 are pretty similar in function to HARM, but that alone is not enough without decoys.

Kinzhal are too big for the aircraft you named. Zircon is sea/ground based and Russia doesn't have similar program as HAWC and HACM yet

the Ukrian population as possible. I do not think that all the Russian/Surzhyk speakers are irredeemable Banderites. Although many of them
have been brainwashed with regime propaganda into serving Banderite interests.
