That post and photo is from Aleksandr Harchenko.
It is not a clear situation and a lot of it is a hearsay.
It is very possible that Prigozhin and Kadyrov might want to have a bigger say in the theater as Wagner took upon themselves to build defensive lines in north LNR and Belgorod oblast in Russia and Chechens provide a lot of manpower.
Definitely,  whoever was in command of that sector, didn't do a good job. Some units of Western military district were not combat ready or not at sufficient level of readiness. Front in the north of LNR is now held by mix of units from WMD and CMD whose CO is Lapin. Western military district already changed two commanders since the start of SMO, plus some of the units commanders were dismissed as well.

Some technical errors in this article, I believe.
But anyway, surely Uncle Satan wouldn't wish to risk nuclear war by attacking Odessa or Tiraspol?
Either way, that **** needs a good hiding.

I did not have much time to follow the news this month. So sorry for asking straight forward, but how is the war going on at the moment? Is it still more like a stalemate or does it look good for Russia currently?

    It was never a "stalemate".
The Banderites are losing biblical or should that be satanic amounts of troops.
Russia's mobilisation is going as planned.
Soon the ground will be less boggy, and freeze.
Then Russia will begin a very large advance.
Where? Who knows! Because thats Russia's plan.

It's a Mach 6 missile   ..what idiot would say that ?    Perhaps you mean it's not ideal for  maneuvering targets.   Which is also stupid frankly.  Since it's designed to engage target up to 8 G's.    Which is about what modern jets can do while carrying a normal  payload unless pure light air to air load.

In which case all modern planes  are rated up to 9 G's and most will even easily overload up to 11+ G's with a pair AAM's.

But even then a pair of fired  R-37M will  be a treat.   As  the lead missile will  cause the target to maneuver and exhaust energy  for the second missile to have a  chance.

    news update Rudenko:

On yesterday's conflict between mercenaries from Poland and the Nazis. Yesterday, the Poles refused to go forward, and because of this, one of the attacks in the Liman direction bogged down and the Nazis suffered losses.

Representatives of the Nazis came to investigate this matter and the Poles flunked them. But that was not all! Closer to the night, the Nazis decided to take revenge and went to the camp of the Poles. Outcome: 23 killed, it is not clear from the wounded. People only counted the body bags.

for any bomber , AWACS or F-35 or cruise missile is more then enough.  Long range could mean - B2 or B21 cannot escape and can be reached before reach shooting position.  MiG-31 is basically an interceptor, not a dogfighter.

Kadyrov is most likely mad about losing 23 troops in that HIMARS strike on the chechen garrison in Kherson

Although Lapin was already seen in the front line apparently with photos to prove it

With Kherson it's shit luck, guys happened to be located by the enemy, and got fucked by a rocket

That's why it's important to maintain opsec, and to move around due to the danger of these weapons,

Without air defense or drones, infantry is going to be vulnerable when these weapons are deployed

How to clear them? Hunt the HIMARS, and use better dispersion

Russia has about a two month window with the drones. Eventually the west will provide Ukraine with thousands of similar systems. The next two months will determine the outcome of the war.

No they wouldn't.  If it was that easy, it would have been done.  And which drone too?

It's easy to say what the west will do when you make things up.

And why 2 months exactly?  Where did this time frame come from?

I seem to recall some people here were also saying that US would in a few weeks (months ago) that US was gonna supply the ATCAMS missiles too?

But whatever, it's all too tiresome of the various people who come here, spew nonsense.  At this point, it should be considered trolling.

Russkie AD would decimate the drones of the Geran type, as ALL of their tactical-level systems has effective optical guidance.
Modern search&track radars from Pancyr or Tor won't care either, they can find it and hit it.
This thing might be too cool to lock with old MANPADS, but not for multispectral homing heads of the new Russian systems.
Obviously is visible on the TI screens. That makes it vulnerable to Russian-made ATGMs either, so it can be chased by any single attack heli.

I love this Wunderwaffe concept of our Ukro dicks suckers. They never have a clue, but still will yap.
As it is not a matter of having a clue but rather spreading the bullshit as wide as possible, to influence weak minds.

If the ukrainians really lost a few hundred thousand, in 3-4 years itll be mainly polish troops vs russians. Poland still has several hundred thousand russophobic scum ready to go fight.

    And your point is?

Surely mulching up this scum is only a benefit to Russia and the west... even if the west does not realise it yet...

A peculiar little story but no evidence it has ever happened. As yet anyway.

Even if it was made up, it makes sense... the basic facts are that mercs and ukrainian civilian conscripts are considered expendable to Kiev and HATO, and in fact they seem keen to get them killed, and the nazis... like the US... prefers to fight from behind such meat shields... it is amusing that they find no end of volunteers... (Finland and Sweden?)... but if they want to send them towards Russian positions for a little artillery range practise then Russia has enough ammo it seems.

They feel that they cannot break through the front either to the south or to the east. Therefore, one of the options is the capture of Kyiv and the elimination of the military-political leadership.

The Russians don't need to take kiev to take down the Kiev political leadership... they have missiles for that.

And again, RusNet full of that. Zeitsevo direction, Wagner taking POWs.

And the number of Orcs taken prisoner is likely to increase each and every week.

Those wanting the war to end quickly and decisively... the US has 25 days worth of diesel left... all their trains and trucks burn diesel... this will seriously impact their economy at the start of December...

If the above were true, those "Poles" would have been executed by now.

So how come they did not defect to the Russian side after shooting at members of the Right Sector?

An individual pole might get shot for such things but a large group of well armed Poles is too much of a problem, and if the story is true the group of nazis presumably high ranking officials who went to make them go to the front lines probably only had pistols and rank... which will not stop rifle bullets.

Normally shooting one as an example makes the rest fall in line but when getting back in line means getting massacred by the Russians in a stupid frontal charge then the rest are more likely to shoot that official rather than fall in line.

That was pathetic. "We want to have good relations with the Ukrainians" and that type of nonsense. I do not think having good relations with them is a realistic objective.

Top leadership in Russia appear to be Ukrainian sympathizers.

An ambassador is hardly going to openly say we are going to massacre them to a man till they are all dead... of course if they killed the nazis amongst them for themselves there would be no need for this conflict to begin with.

Are you awar it can carry 16 atgm and here it uses only 2 to destroy 2 targets meanwhile there hundreds of targets as ukrainians were on offensive since september.

Actually it should be able to carry rather more than 16... the Mi-28NM can carry 16 missiles on two weapon pylons.

The thing is like it or not Russia isn't going to annex all of Ukraine

I think it is actually likely they will occupy all of current Ukraine, but they wont annex anything... four regions have voted to join the Russian federation (5 if you include the Crimea) and likely more regions will also vote to do the same, but there will be regions who don't want to join the RF and that is fine... they wont be made to, but they will have very limited options as an alternative that wont include EU or HATO membership or even allowing western countries in I suspect... I think what is left of the Ukraine will end up like the Donbass and Lugansk could have ended up... autonomous regions but with Kiev monitoring their borders... like Gaza.

Having a territory full of a peopoe that hates you inside your country is the worst case.

Doesn't seem to effect most western countries... their governments clearly don't give a shit about their own people in Europe or the west...

So it is currently unknown whether they will even take Odessa. To move with a large offensive, they would have to mobilize another 500k troops.

The enemy army is on the ropes and the enemy navy and airforce don't exist...

What would the Orcs use to stop attacks on Kiev and Odessa?

Is it still more like a stalemate or does it look good for Russia currently?

Not at all... the lines are largely static with the Orcs throwing away small units on probing attacks, but it is currently the sticky season and not really good weather for operations... they should wait for hard frozen ground for good mobility and for the EU and US to freeze and run out of energy... western governments will have less free time to play war when their own citizens start to complain about the cold or their parents dying of the cold.

The MIG-31BM can only shoot slow Targets with the R-37m, they said ...

The R-33 is for shooting down straight flying cruise missiles and heavy bombers and AWACS types pulling at most 4g.

The R37M can hit 8g targets... most western fighters can't pull 8g with a full or even partial weapon load...

But even then a pair of fired R-37M will be a treat. As the lead missile will cause the target to maneuver and exhaust energy for the second missile to have a chance.

Russia has about a two month window with the drones. Eventually the west will provide Ukraine with thousands of similar systems.

Russia already has the AD capacity to deal with drones... the situation for the orcs is only getting worse... what are you suggesting this two month window is?

The next two months will determine the outcome of the war.

That was decided when HATO said it would not send in ground troops to help their ally.

Is this a heat source to trick HEAT warheads like Javelin ? is it proven ?

That is really clever... if it is stupid but it works then it is not stupid...

Why not , same idea for thermal decoys that are used in aircrafts .

It would also be persistent too... just top it up occasionally with fuel...

    Cheap and simple...

Those cages over the turret with sand bags might have some effect but would allow the turret crew to leave their hatches open without having to worry about a drone dropping a grenade into the hatch...

It has already happened. Or have you forgotten that the West sends thousands of Switchblade kamikaze drones to Ukraine?
Or better saying "shitblade" because it had no impact on the battlefield so far.
