They could simply get off their asses and destroy them on the frontline
Fact that Ukrainians even have artillery with Russia supposedly having air superiority over there is downright insulting

You have always had an ego too big for the known size of a galaxy, but the thing is getting worse each day.
Is there some treatment known for that?
Because you are getting more and more ridiculous each time when you split something out.
A book example of an armchair general.

I forgot to add, that in all of the cases, this training is made with folks who already have been tankers for a while. The only new job to teach is a loader, but that needs more physical training rather than conceptual. wrote:

that is a big "forgot" former tankers already know the hardest part, tactics. So what you describe is just conversion training. Even if there are enough Ukrainian tankers alive, they are only getting 5 weeks.

There is a theory that actually being trained for another type of weapon is the worse that can happen.
Because you need to forget what you have learned first.
The thing was quite notorious in the memories of multiple pilots, and very clear when they had to switch for plane generations or types.
Sometimes some skills and training can be dangerous with a new type of plane because one is remembering the behaviors of a different machine.
Training of a tank crew is less demanding, yet as I said - all the western tanks require 4 people crew.
It is much more than it seems. No existing in the Ukrowehrmacht tank commander is trained for commanding a gunner. Till now, he had his own ammo loading selection pannel, and was just pulling a knob if he wanted a different ammo type to be loaded. That's it. Everything was automatized. How can we expect that a guy after 5 weeks of training will switch off the behavioral and muscle training he carried for years, and turn on a brand new? It is out of a question.

Russian troops occupied all the heights in the vicinity of Artemovsk, 02.16.2023.

The units of the Russian military took all the heights in the vicinity of Artemovsk, Igor Kimakovsky, adviser to the acting head of the DPR, said on the air of Solovyov Live.

According to him, at the moment successes are being recorded near Artemovsk, where the Russian military occupied the main heights. There is one small corridor left, which is also controlled by the Russian Armed Forces, which significantly hampers the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the transport of manpower and ammunition, RIA Novosti reports.

Kimakovsky noted that many foreign mercenaries from France, Poland, and Britain were seen in the Artemovsky direction.

“There are already units that come from near Lviv,” he concluded.

Earlier, the coordinator for strategic communications at the White House National Security Council, John Kirby  , said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine could leave Artemivsk, this is allowed in Washington, but Kiev makes the final decision on this.

Recall that the acting head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine  did not intend  to give up Artemovsk without a fight.

Vuledar update, Ukranian source. Still unclear to my why Russia does not carpet bomb that village if it's so tactically important to remove Ukr forces from there.

How can we expect that a guy after 5 weeks of training will switch off the behavioral and muscle training he carried for years, and turn on a brand new?
He can do it on a training range in Germany or Poland but under the stress of a battle?  No
He will try to press the button to load ammo. The button will not be there, after that he will remember that he has to talk to the loader...
All this takes time. Most of the time the tank will be hit during this extra seconds.

Ugledar/Vuledar is currently just a sideshow. The Russians keep the pressure on so that the Ukros can´t
retreat easily or send troops somewehere else.

Ben Wallace: "The Armed Forces of Ukraine must learn to use ammunition more economically, as the armies of NATO countries do." According to The Daily Telegraph newspaper, the Armed Forces of Ukraine fire about 6,000 artillery rounds a day, which exceeds the West's ability to satisfy the "shell hunger" emerging in Kyiv.

"Hell hath no fury like a woman's scorn" Smile

    From SouthFront:

In January, Zelensky blamed Russia for the helicopter crash in Brovary, because of which the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine was killed:

“War is not only on the battlefield, war has several directions. There are no more accidents. All this is the result of war. All these steps, everything that happens, missiles that hit our people, on the civilians, deaths of children…”

In response, the President of Ukraine received the following appeal from a Ukrainian woman:

“Tell me please, how can you constantly blame everyone, but not yourself? Never yourself! Everyone is always to blame, not you! What are you sitting there for? Why did you run for president of our country? To destroy our nation? Right now, that’s what it looks like!

For you, everyone else is to blame for everything. You collect all the scrap metal from all over the European Union! You make young guys who have newborn babies and pregnant wives go to the front. You changed the law, so now even sixteen year olds are conscripted, and seventeen year olds go to the hot spots. You’re even the official sponsor of fucking British scientists who dissect our guys for organs.

You bastard, your wife walks around in a 40 thousand euro raincoat, and this wasn’t even a New Year’s gift! She lies that she knows the prices in her country and claims that mackerel costs 8 hryvnia… Have some conscience, Zelensky! Haven’t you ruined everything? Are you not afraid that your children will pay for your sins?

You laugh, mock and jeer the common people, thanks to whom you became a millionaire! You’re a dollar millionaire, for ****’s sake! Where did you get it – from the war, fucking hell, from bones! I understand that you don’t feel sorry for anyone, you bastard, but don’t you even feel sorry for your children? Just get out of Ukraine!

Take all these fuckers that you sponsored, all these Banderites… and just **** off to Britain! People are tired of you, tired of your regime, tired of your lies, do you understand or not? You lie all the time, you brute! You’ve never told the truth! Go out now to Khreshchatyk and prove that you are in Ukraine!

Turn on the live broadcast on all social networks, kneel down, you faggot, and ask forgiveness from every mother from whom you took a son! Because you are not going to negotiate with Russia, because you are not sitting down at the negotiating table with Putin, because you are fighting until the last Ukrainian and because you are still bombing Donbass! You stinking faggot!!!”

The story of the superiority of aviation is a Western myth.. The West in the past few decades first kept all its opponents under sanctions for a few years, only then to strike at them, and those opponents were weak, but hey, everyone in the West admires Maverick and Top Gun. Although we are living in 2023, nothing has really changed except that the trench struggle has been replaced by urban warfaree. As much as aviation has an effect, so do cruise missiles or tactical ballistic missiles. However, no country in the world has enough precision-guided weapons to win a conflict of this intensity. Without a strong ground army, everything is an illusion - Hollywood myth

Ugledar obviously holds strategic value since it's the only built up area north of RU's frontlines on that axis for quite some distance, therefore serving as a virtual fortress. The big question is how Ukraine continues to reinforce the town, since Russia should easily be able to interdict any vehicles or convoys moving across the flatlands using air assets.

If the VKS failed, then why has Ukraine been begging the West for a No-Fly-Zone since the first week of the conflict?
Why did the Biden administration go to Turkey to ask them to send their S400s to Ukraine before the conflict was even a month old?
Why does Ukraine keep begging for more air defenses?
Everyone here saw, at the beginning of the conflict, the video of a Ukrainian soldier answering what he feared most in the war, he said "airpower" which he described as "terrifying" and that not even artillery could compare.
