Why not SBU or other sabotage agencies directoriates ? they are special or what?

Any theories on why Surovikin was removed as head of the airforce? Was his loyalty in question? maybe he was give the task of killing Pregozhin to prove his loyalty? We will see if he re-emerges. I would also say the ineffective interdiction campaign is another reason to question his performance. Not sure who or what orders are behind the continued operation of the Ukrainian supply chain with FEDEX efficiency. They should be outta gas and out of ammo. When a tank gets hit, wait until the sappers arrive and kill all of them and the recovery vehicle. Some details just puzzle me they end up killing more Russian boys.

The Hahols claim they have landed a force on Crimea near the towns of Olenivka and Mayak and videoed themselves flying the flag of Ukraine, they also claim they engaged in combat, more than likely it was pro Ukraine locals in Crimea who staged it, but if it is true they did land in Crimea then it's a big security headache for the Russian Federation

it might depend on geopolitical situation like us elections or some BRICS stuff or even Russia's internal politics..

Not really, I remember Ukraine launched a major offensive in September so maybe early fall than late fall.

One would think that planning an offensive at the tail end of the chub offensive is the best way to proceed. Before the have time to lick their wounds. 

Rather than letting them wrap up the offensive and start building even more defenses. Or instead of waiting for the frost and all that shit. If they wait out the fall, then wait for frost, then we get a really warm winter. Then we'd be waiting for spring. By then , the chubs would have cobbled together a 4th army. 

But I am not expert. I don't know how these things are planned. I heard one expert say that the best way to kill an army is through big encirclements of men. All it takes is more man and material. One more call-up of 300,000 and they will have close to a million men ready to go.

If it was me , all of Ukraine has to be taken. With Finland joining Nato, all of Ukraine has to be taken. That's the cost to the west.

some sources supposedly say Ukraine has 9-11 million men suit for military age, if that is the case than its going to be a repetitive cycle where the season turns muddy, and Ukraine gets resupplied over and over again that their kids will soon be fit for military age and I doubt any Russian soldier that is currently in this operation wants to stay in it for 10+ years. If there is any ceasefire agreement that consists of Ukraine still keeping any part of their territories in their control is a NATO victory, even if Russia gets to keep Odessa(no idea how long that will take) and Ukraine still has some control over western Ukraine it is considered a Russian loss and a NATO victory. I am sure the west couldn't be anymore happy getting sweden and finland to NATO along with some parts of Ukraine.
