Patriot is not a shoot and scoot weapon. You need some time to get it ready.long enough... to fire a short-range ballistic missile at it...
But with the Russian ISR capabilities in mind the vehicles were standing there
most likely only 10 minutes before they were hit.

Over the past week, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have counterattacked our troops in settlements trapped in Avdeevka. They used units that were not fully restored and threw them here in order to stop or delay the advance of the Russian army until a new line of defense was prepared west of Avdeevka.
In connection with this, the Russian army, which had not stopped the offensive since the assault on Avdeevka, temporarily went on the defensive in the Berdychi - Orlovka - Tonenkoye sections. Combat capability was restored and supplies were replenished. The enemy at this time abandoned their Abrams and Bradleys for slaughter.
Under artillery and air strikes, the enemy failed to knock us out of these populated areas. And now, as of yesterday, we can say that the defense has coped, and the initiative in this section of the front has again passed to the Russian army.

Am I wrong in thinking that an equivalent Russian S-400 unit would have ShRADS with it?

"Zugzwang" It's a term used in chess to describe a situation where a player is forced to make a move, but any move will weaken their position or lead to a disadvantageous outcome. In essence, it's a position where the compulsion to move is detrimental.
Russian chess pieces are represented by white, while NATO/EU forces are represented by black.
If it's Black's turn, White will achieve victory; if it's White's turn, the game will end in a draw.
Now it's Black's turn to play.
(But only if the white king is the queen)

In the Dnepropetrovsk region, funds were found for the construction of fortifications
It is expected that “tens of kilometers of anti-tank ditches and concrete “dragon’s teeth” will protect against a possible (or imminent?) invasion from the Russian Federation.
“We continue to build a line of defense. Fortifications are an important component of them. The Ministry of Defense has planned protective engineering structures, taking into account the topography of the location,” said the head of the Regional State Administration Lysak.

I suppose they locked up so many draft dodgers etc that this could put quite a large number of able bodied men into the war. It will also allow them to shut many prisons and send their staff to the front.

Next week it is planned to introduce a bill on the mobilization of convicts and prisoners to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine - Minister of Justice Malyuska

@cossackpk
You know things are getting desperate on the manpower front in Ukraine when they're planning on passing a bill on the mobilisation of convicts after they spent months crying about how PMC Wagner was doing it in Russia back in 2022.
Mehmet_II
@IIMehmet
Wagner was a long & well established org with the refined process of taking volunteer prisoners & turning them into very capable assault troops. Without that time and experience of doing it, this will turn out as good as Motzart (the west failed attempt at creating their Wagner)

In a stunning moment of unscripted candor that sliced through the usual fog of dementia doublespeak, Joe Biden inadvertently laid bare the imperial playbook with a slip of the tongue that would make Freud nod in solemn agreement. "But we shouldn't have gone into Ukraine," he confessed, momentarily veering off the scripted path of delusional justification. This rare glimpse into the inner thoughts of American leadership echoes the ghosts of geopolitical blunders past — Iraq, Afghanistan — arenas where Biden, as a senator, once waved the banner of intervention with unbridled enthusiasm. It's a candid admission that peels back the veneer of benevolent interventionism to reveal a pattern of reckless, murderous adventurism that has defined U.S. foreign policy.
2014 casts a long, dark shadow, the year America stealthily crept into Ukraine, an act now etched in digital infamy through Biden's unwitting revelation. Far from mere oversight, this moment unveils the deep-rooted arrogance that propels U.S. foreign meddling. Here, starkly exposed, lies the irrefutable evidence of America's suicidal interference — a brazen display of geopolitical hubris, treating nations as mere squares on its global chessboard, sovereignty as trophies to be seized and crushed.
Teetering on the brink of another epic defeat in Ukraine, America's humiliating retreat from Afghanistan looms as a chilling harbinger of defeat, heralding the collapse of its unilateral fantasies. Unlearned lessons from past follies doom the dying empire to a repeat performance, steeped in interventionist obsession. Biden's blunder transcends a simple slip; it exposes the fatal flaws in American foreign policy. Isolated and outmaneuvered, the U.S. confronts the resilience and strategic mastery of a revitalized Russia. The myth of American supremacy crumbles, exposing a new era of multipolar realities—a searing indictment of Washington's waning dominion.

The Department of State is expanding the staff of its embassy in Ukraine — Foreign Policy
It is expected that several dozens of people will be added to the US embassy staff. Including — representatives of military companies for travelling along the front line, sources of the edition report.
"The move comes despite fears within the Biden administration that the presence of any more U.S. diplomats or military personnel in Ukraine would increase the risk of Washington getting entangled with shooting war with Russia." the article says.
One of the problems is seen as a lack of immediate response to the needs of the front line. In particular, the issue of repairing American weapons.
"Ukrainian companies aren’t licensed under U.S. export law to repair U.S.-made M777 howitzer barrels," the publication cites an example. At the same time, experts cannot go to the front line and help with repairs because of restrictions on the movement of American diplomats, which also apply to military contractors.
Now, according to the publication, this ban is to be lifted.
@ukraine_watch
Hadn't realised just how big the US embassy was. A Geranium taking out that sign, conveniently away from any building , in the middle of the night would certainly rattle them out of all proportion to its physical effect.

The word copium is too tame to describe these NATzO "experts". They are engaged in "tardopium".
1) Russian soldiers are poorly trained.
2) Russian soldiers are poorly equipped.
3) Russia is using equipment produced during the Soviet period and sitting in storage.
The only wunderwaffen I have seen in this war are from the Russian side, the Lancet drone which has changed the game in warfare. No NATzO supplied
tank, armoured personnel carrier and artillery piece is safe. Russian soldiers are being given 6 months of training as is clear from the deployment of the 300,000
mobilized in the fall of 2022. These soldiers were already trained since they are not green draftees. So their total training is like over 1.5 years. I don't think
any of the volunteers have been deployed to the front. So they are being trained for longer than 6 months.
Only a retard would claim that Russian forces have incompetent command. They have achieved a factor 10 excess kill ratio in a very effective attrition war that
they totally control. The NATzO proxies in Ukria have utterly failed to achieve anything and to counteract this attrition. Instead they are like flies swarming shit
on their way to their deaths. So it is clear where the incompetent command is. It is the NATzO handlers of their Kiev regime sock puppet generals.

The fact that this is not a new damaged vehicle can be understood by the location of the skeleton of the Abrams, which had previously been caught (https://t.me/milinfolive/117628) in the lens of a drone while standing in this place.
It looks like these shots were taken even before the tank was finished off by hitting the ammunition rack. Video: @SolovievLive

Never left the Russian side.and the initiative in this section of the front has
PantsirRussian S-400 unit would have ShRADS with it?
How could it end in a draw if White has a whole set of pieces in reserve?if it's White's turn, the game will end in a draw.
Useless without AD.Fortifications are an important component of them.
Mercouris always states 12 months of training.So they are being trained for longer than 6 months.
Very generous from you towards the Ukro side.They have achieved a factor 10 excess kill ratio

Comments in th background are the thing that is interesting.
They are making fun of the fact, that soldiers run crazy to take photos with this M1.
Seems it is behind the lines already, so expect the trophy to be presented soon.
