Russians design the ARMATA, but they field this CHEREPAKHA.
This is the BREM model that goes with the vehicles they are currently using with the same anti drone anti missile armour they are putting on their other vehicles.
The Armata based BREM based vehicle is probably not vastly better armoured than their T-90 based vehicles... especially from the sides and rear.
If the 70 ton Abrams is not safe on the battlefield there then the T-14 is not going to drive around like it owns the place either.
The biggest advantage of Armata is a unified vehicle type for the entire division using standard engines and transmissions and wheels and tracks and modular armour and systems.
An Armata division wont need to carry wheels for 10 different types of vehicles and tracks for 10 different vehicle types and spare parts for 10 different engines or schematics for 10 different transmissions and differentials etc etc. So its logistic tail will be shorter and simpler and more efficient.
Also the vehicles will be better protected so it will be much harder to do what the Chechens did and pick off the BMPs and BTRS and ambush the heavy vehicles from angles they can't fire at with their main guns like from basements and 3rd and above story buildings.
This is bullshit. But it would be based if it was true anyway .... in my opinion
Fantastic... still keen to feed their youth and future into the meat grinder because those drunk untrained Russian conscripts are there for the taking... just bowl up and shoot 100 like in the Hollywood movies and go home a hero with your chest covered in ribbons... except those Russians are highly skilled professionals and you get to go home and have dirt put on your chest... they can't spare the wood for coffins now.
Thanks for the laugh. Of course, there is some truth in this post. Bombed out charred equipment does tend to look a bit different than when you first get it.
The real joke is that despite making about 3,000 of their own tanks a year they have time to restore these destroyed enemy vehicles to looking brand new probably faster than western companies appear to be capable of doing.
